We recently drove cross country; this particular Hampton had the best staff, best breakfast, and quietest location of all the ones we stopped at. Front desk both at check in and check out were super friendly!! We will definitely be staying there again for future travel.

We were so looking forward to swimming after our six hour drive but arrived to find the pool was closed due to flooding the previous night. Very disappointing! Our room smelled like a combination of ********* smoke and mustiness. Called the front desk to say I don’t want to be charged for the odor in the room, knowing the hotel is completely booked so couldn’t switch rooms.

The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast in the morning was better than I expected. What I didn’t like is there isn’t daily housekeeping and even when I requested it they didn’t change the bed sheets or even make the bed. I ended up staying for multiples days and it would have been nice to have daily housekeeping.

Overall the stay was nice, everyone was friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. My only complaints would be that the bedspread had a stain on it, but it was at the very edge so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Also, there was what I assume was a security charge, that was more than the cost of the room (which I have never had) and I wasn’t informed of it ahead of time; however it did fall off a day and a half after check out.

We were only there a couple nights but we assumed our room (beds, clean linens and coffee supplies) we would be replenished but we actually had to ask. Then the beds weren’t actually made, the covers were just pulled up…lol. We could have done that…lol.

Superb staff! My room was spacious and well-designed. Even though the hotel was next to an obviously vacant mall, there were dining choices within 1-2 miles, so this isn't a deal-breaker.

The hotel was really nice, rooms clean and very friendly staff. One elevator broke down but we were still able to use the larger elevator. I will continue to use this place each year.
