The service was shocking! Nothing close, didnt get any if the orders for dinner right... best thing was the ease of parking & the lack of people (no wonder why)

Always a good sleep at The Mayfair, clean and quiet. Just wish they had a more comfortable chair to sit on as the ones in the room and not great for sitting on and relaxing. Other than that the food is always good and the staff are polite.

Great stay.
The property had an amazing buffet breakfast close to the tavern.
The rooms were super clean and tidy and the bed was so comfy aswell.

We had to ask for another room after the one we were in had cockroaches in the bed. There was also no soap in the room.
The staff member working in the drive through bottle shop next door was very helpful and was able to arrange another room. The 2nd room was good, had soap and no cockroaches.
I know I won't be staying at this motel again.

Overall comfortable and well priced.
Salt restaurant provided very nice meals at a reasonable price. Very convenient.
We were disappointed with the lack of information in the room as there was no compendium.

The Wotif booking and email system is easy to use but confirmed a room when it’s not available, when we are the staff was unhelpful and blamed the booking system, due to the room not being available we had to drive approx an hr out of way to find a room. I haven’t received a cancellation email and there is a transaction pending on my credit card.
