It was sons wedding at the Rocky Mountains park and we loved our stay there at your place

Liked the property and the room. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and updated. Two minor design items I did not like; the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate to put makeup on. It was not nearly bright enough. The bathroom faucet discharge nozzle was too close to the back of the sink bowl so water was always running all over the sink top.

This is the second Hyatt Place we have stayed in over the last three months; both have been super. We got a room with a view of the Rocky Mountains and the area to the west--most excellent. The room was cleaned every day and was immaculate. The breakfast was very good with some variety, and we took advantage of it. We used Uber for going places and that worked very well. I would stay here again when we return to Denver.

Excellent hotel will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location, lots and I mean lots of good food places, has ample parking so it’s worth the 15 dollars a night. Very clean and spacious. They offer breakfast and they have a bar on site!!

Your place was amazing and your staff at the front desk were very accommodating. Isabella l was a joy to talk to. And Lindsay was very friendly and was so patient teaching the other staff how to fix drinks at the bar for myself and my son and his girlfriend. Your housekeeping staff always has a smile for me and a pleasant hello whenever we met in the elevator or the hallway.

There were a few pros to mention during my stay at Hyatt Place: It was conveniently located for what we needed during our stay. We were actually able to walk to many restaurants and stores. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. Unfortunately the cons will prevent me from staying here again in the future: Parking will cost you $15/night. This is to park in an open parking lot next to the hotel. There was no security, it was not enclosed. Given that the room rate was already pretty high, this seemed unnecessary. One of the elevators was broken the entire weekend we were there. This made for very long waits when you needed an elevator. My husband waited 8-10 minutes each morning to get an elevator to the lobby for breakfast. Some guests we talked to mentioned that they've visited the property in the past and the elevator was broken then, too. Finally, I did not feel safe after seeing multiple police vehicles near the entrance upon returning to the hotel one evening. Sadly, they were blocking the view of a deceased person laying near his vehicle.

Room was big, great space for us with 3 kids, but the housekeeping service pretty awful. They forgot to make the beds one day and they told me they had no one to make them and I had to do it. I had to ask for extra sheets another night and again they left them for me at the door. Breakfast ☹️

There is one staff member that went above and beyond her duties as a front desk clerk. She worked evening shifts. My sister & I had a rough time making it to the hotel. We are in our 60's, and not in great health. The desk clerk saw how distraught we were upon arrival, and offered us water immediately. She accommodated us quickly so that we could rest from our long journey. They care about people and evidently love their job. We need more people in this world. Their actions are to be commended.
