A very disappointing stay. We had been assured connecting rooms when booking. Upon arrival, we were told none were available so we had to change to a single family room. There was a leak in the room which woke us up in the middle of the night. At breakfast, when giving my room number, I was told that it was not a room number where breakfast was included in the booking, even though I knew that it was. I said I would drop by the reception desk after having something to eat to resolve it. The officious lady at breakfast then decided to bother me again during breakfast to ask if I had gone to reception yet to clarify. After breakfast, I walked over to reception, and the same lady thought it acceptable to escort me over to reception to check. Since there was nobody at reception, I went back to my room in order to call reception to of course confirm that breakfast was included. On the way back to my room, I passed the engineer in the corridor on the way to look at the leak. I said we would check out shortly so he could deal with it thereafter. At that point, the engineer commented "well this is my last job, before I go back to bed as I am ill". I suggested it was better in that case that we don't come into contact whilst in the room. All-in-all, a rubbish experience.
