Amazing stay ! Clean room , comfortable bed, great breakfast

We arrived at the hotel at 1pm on Christmas Eve. The front staff insisted we have to wait until 3pm to check in unless we pay extra $25. The TV in the room didn’t work. The AC is very noisy.

Nice hotel with nice staff. My only complaint was that the hot and cold water were backwards in the bathroom sink. Hot should be to the left and cold should be to the right. It was the other way around. I wondered why it took a while for the water to heat up, and then I realized why

We have stayed here before so we rebooked for when we moved our daughter into her dorm. When we arrived, there was a strong fishy smell outside, not sure where it was coming from. The TV didn’t work in our room and the water wouldn’t get hot so my fiancé took a cold shower. I was woken up to the cleaning crew in the hall playing loud music and talking loudly to each other down the hall. None of these things were an issue when we came in July, so maybe it was a one off, but overall it wasn’t a great experience.

Had a alert from my credit union that a charge was put on my debit card that was not even being used We booked our room thru ******* using a credit card Was told that the charge was cancelled and will be put back my debit card No real reason was given why it happened

Friendly checkin, comfortable and clean beds. Lots of noise from doors shutting loudly, and bathroom has mold.

We were early and the the kind staff let us have our room early. Room was clean and cool. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was the ice machine on our floor was not working but the one on the floor below worked. Great breakfast. All in all very nice.

It’s on the main area where everything is, yet the hotel sits back enough to be quiet

Great hotel overall. I stayed here last year for two nights while I was preaching at a gospel meeting in nearby Huckabay. When I was asked to return this year I booked this hotel again — and the price had more than doubled. I figured there was a sporting event or a bunch of weddings in town but the hotel seemed no more crowded than last year. It's a really nice hotel in a good area, near shopping and restaurants, etc., but way too expensive for what you get. Unfortunately, options in Stephenville are limited so I pretty much had to stay here. I may have booked too close to the date of the gospel meeting this year.
