廢墟家庭旅館(Ruins B&B)

My husband, son and I checked into Ruins B&B last week whilst on our family holiday to Italy. To say it ruined our holiday would be an understatement. I have never left an accommodation within an hour of checking in before. The dark, small, run down room that we were checked into was nothing like the images shown on ***********. Before getting to the room we were guided through an extremely run down, dirty, vandalised apar**ent block that felt very unsafe to take my child through. There was graffiti all over the walls, I was shocked to find there was no reception, not even a desk. Most of all absolutely perplexed as to why the B&B had none of its own facilities, yet advertises Herculaneum Hotels facilities as if they were it’s own. I certainly wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

Wir wurden schon vor dem Antritt der Reise bestens informiert und bei unserem Check-in in der Nacht herzlich Empfangen. Es war eine sehr angenehme Zeit in Ruins- Hotel , von Anfang bis zum Ende. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Viele Grüße von Karla und Jens aus Berlin

這家住宿加早餐旅館位置非常便利，就在埃爾科拉諾遺址的街對面。房間很大而且很乾淨。盧卡很棒，完美地解釋了一切。我們對這次住宿感到非常滿意。

Ce B&B porte bien son nom, il est quasiment à l’état de ruine. Pas d’insonorisation, une vue sur une cour intérieure avec des détritus d’origines diverses. Un gel douche de 20ml pour 3 personnes, deux serviettes. Maintenant le pompom, une panne d’électricité en soirée qui nous a privé de chauffage pendant un long moment et l’absence d’eau chaude le matin de notre départ. Quant au petit-déjeuner, c’est le rationnement. Pas plus d’un morceau de pain si vous n’avez pas commandé la veille et produits industriels. Grosses difficultés pour décharger vos valises car un trafic incessant transite devant l’entrée de l’établissement et aucun stationnement dédié…

With our family of 4 (2 teenagers 15 and 17), we had a spacious room with 1 double and 2 single beds. 2 large windows, good bathroom. B&B belongs to hotel with hotel service, good breakfast! Super location, right at the entrance to Herculaneum archelogic park! Recommended!

Literally across the street from archway entrance to Herculaneum (not ticket office- if taking taxi make sure they know otherwise they drop you at ticket office). Entrance to B&B is same as Hotel Herculaneum so a little confusing the first time. Very walkable to Vesuvius tour, train to Naples & Pompeii, and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and rooms are very clean. Would stay here again

A fantastic little hotel. Perfect location to explore the sights around the coast (train). Ercolano itself very small, quiet, and Italian. Hotel very clean and relatively spacious room for three adults too. Staff willing to support with anything asked. Breakfast was great for setting you up for the day and table service was offered for coffees.

The appar**ent is very close to the train station , about 700 meters so you can easy can go to napples , and to pompei. The photos of the site are misleading , the room was small enough and the whole building very old. However it was quitevdecent if you are not very demanding. Our room was separated from the next room only with a wardrobe.There was no wall between us , so all noises could be heard from the next room. The breakfast isnt something special , but you will not leave the breakfast room on emty stomach. The staff is very polite they gave us any information we asked and especially the ladies at the brekafast room always served us with a smile.
