We were in Erie for a hockey tournament. This was the only hotel that had room for the whole team at the time we booked. Several people in our group went through 3 rooms before getting an “acceptable” room. Our dates were Saturday to Monday. The entire team checked out after the 1st night. Some teams finished and checked out on Sunday, so we were able to find rooms at another hotel. Some of the issues noted were no heat, water leaks, lack of hot water, dirty rooms, dirty sheets, noisy heater, drafty windows and generaly just run down. Most locals we told about the issues said they thought it closed a while ago to be renovated to apartments. The staff was very helpful and seemed to be trying to do what they could, but the place is what it is. Definately recomend staying someplace else.

Our family of 5 (ages 7,5,3) and grandma stayed here overnight this past Sunday into Monday. We chose this hotel because it is connected to Splash Lagoon and were able to get a great deal! We had a great time! The biggest pro is that this is hands down the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a fun family trip (especially to an indoor water park). We have done Great Wolf Lodge and Khalahari, and I would say this was the best. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway. It is connected to Splash Lagoon. The six of us stayed in a two queen bed suite that included a kitchenette, pull out sofa, 5 x2 day water park passes and a great free hot breakfast for $353. BOOM! The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of free parking and free wifi. It is connected to Splash Lagoon and central to a bunch of area restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and it was free! They had omelettes, French toast, fresh made pancakes, sausage, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, juices, milk, assorted breads, etc. My only small complaint is check in is not until 4pm and checkout is at 11am. However, the awesome front desk staff was able to give us an extended checkout at 12:30pm - which was a huge help to be able to get two hours in at the water park and use the room to get dressed before checking out. Overall would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who worked to give us a great stay!

The difference a day made! I have only positive things to say about my experience at this hotel. Check-in was welcoming and informative. Without prompting, I received a detailed orientation to the site and its amenities, and was encouraged to use them. The commitment to providing outstanding customer service at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center extends beyond the front desk. Literally every employee I encountered was helpful, gracious, or attentive. For example, one employee gave me recommended two local grocery stores. This morning's breakfast was bountiful and tasty. By contrast, yesterday's breakfast at the Home2 Suites Erie was basic and blah -- breakfast bowls heated by a lamp, plain bagels, and cereal with milk. No yogurt. Mainly for work, I spend approximately 60 nights per year at hotels. I recognize that hospitality is largely performative. Even if hotel employees are in a bad mood, they tend to meet the expectation to smile and provide useful information. My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was flawless. This was a sharp contrast to my previous night's stay at the Home2 Suites in Erie. Unlike at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center, where my stay was very pleasant, there were zero smiles at the Home2 Suites in Erie. At the Home2 Suites, I was not greeted by name, even after I introduced myself to three employees -- front desk; front desk manager; manager on duty. When I tried to ask questions about the location of the elevators and when breakfast was offered, the front desk manager stopped emptying the trash to butt in the conversation and threaten to cancel my reservation. I obtained that information from the manager on duty, but only after she looked it up. My room at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was clean and comfortable. All the expected amenities were present. Nothing was untidy. By contrast, my room at the Home2 Suites by Erie was clean-ish. There was no lotion in the bathroom. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. In the shower, I noticed a VERY dirt place where one might place a bar of soap. While showering, I discovered that there was NO shower gel in the wall-hung dispenser. When I removed its cover, I confirmed the dispense was bone dry. Yet another letdown by the Home2 Suites by Erie. I mean, essentially an employee has to *never* check the dispenser for it to be empty. I had high hopes that my next stay at the Home2 Suites, for which I had pre-paid would be more pleasant. I confirmed my reservation with Hilton Honors on 5-31-23 and 6-1-23. I used the Hilton app to select my room and check-in on 6-1-23. As I approached the front desk at 3 p.m. to get my card keys, I saw the side profile of the front desk manager from the day before. She dashed into the office, closed the door, and canceled my reservation at 3:02 p.m. In my experience, that is an all-time low in customer service by a hotel employ

My visit to the hotel was great. We stay there or at quality inn. We r frequent visitors every yr. My only problem is theres alot of derteration on the outside of hotel that really needs to be fixed before concrete hits some one in the head. House keepers r not so nice either. They need manners. I do believe hot breakfast should be served everyday. But we had an awesome relaxing time. Rooms were very clean.

我們對我們特大牀房套房的大小感到驚喜。全尺寸的冰箱是一個巨大的加分項。它確實需要注意客廳區域的地毯,因爲那裏有(看起來像)番茄醬污漬和果汁污漬。還需要吸塵更好。牀墊比我們通常習慣的軟,但還不錯。我認爲這是我走進的第一個酒店房間,空調實際上開着,房間很好很酷。早餐是正常的酒店早餐,w/o橙汁。沒什麼特別的。我丈夫說“他們用的是真正的雞蛋,而不是紙箱或粉。”作爲一個假日週末,他們很難跟上早餐的供應/需求。晚上很吵,直到午夜左右,汽車和摩托車飛上/下街道。街對面的音樂也挺響的。 前台工作人員說不完,Matt在我們入住的時候特別好,還上來房間,因爲我們搞不清楚臥室電視。 開車到Presque Isle State Park只有大約3-4分鐘,總而言之,我會考慮再次入住這裏。

They had omelettes, French toast, fresh made pancakes, sausage, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, juices, milk, assorted breads, etc. My only small complaint is check in is not until 4pm and checkout is at 11am. However, the awesome front desk staff was able to give us an extended checkout at 12:30pm - which was a huge help to be able to get two hours in at the water park and use the room to get dressed before checking out. Overall would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who worked to give us a great stay!

Our family of 5 (ages 7,5,3) and grandma stayed here overnight this past Sunday into Monday. We chose this hotel because it is connected to Splash Lagoon and were able to get a great deal! We had a great time! The biggest pro is that this is hands down the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a fun family trip (especially to an indoor water park). We have done Great Wolf Lodge and Khalahari, and I would say this was the best. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway. It is connected to Splash Lagoon. The six of us stayed in a two queen bed suite that included a kitchenette, pull out sofa, 5 x2 day water park passes and a great free hot breakfast for $353. BOOM! The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of free parking and free wifi. It is connected to Splash Lagoon and central to a bunch of area restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and it was free! 美東自駕游第八天以來早餐最豐富的酒店了，有多種套餐供選擇，還有時令水果供應，服務員熱情服務，衹可惜以為是自助沒帶錢沒給小費。位置靠近高速路口，衛生也好。衹是房間隔音稍微不好，我們是晚上十一點多到的，能聽到樓上音樂聲響了好久，不過後來跟服務台反應后很快解決了。總體來說是非常值得入住！
