SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola

I checked in smoothly. The minute I got to the room it smelled stale and uninviting. Couch looked worn down and very stained. Room was very dem and certain lights were not working. Here's where my nightmare began, i walk to the kitchen, boom one roach on the stove, turn my phone flashlight on boom 3 more roaches. I was sick to my stomach at this point. For what there charging per stay (which doesnt really matter when your rooms are infested) I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, who has any type of cleanliness about themselves.

Rentamos 2 habitaciones. Me quedaba en el camino desde New Orleans a Orlando, muy lindo por fuera, muy equipadas por dentro, tiene hasta una cocina completa, pero olía a humedad las habitaciones y habían cucarachas😣

El personal que trabaja allí es muy atento. Tienen excelente atención al público. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy bueno.

Floor had crumbs on it and felt sticky; dining table and couch were covered in stains. Bed frame squeaked at the slightest movement.

The staff were very nice and understanding of why I refused to stay there. The outside is not only in a horrible location- homeless people everywhere around the corner from our room. We got into our room to find dust in every vent completely covered unable to see through and with my daughter with asthma I can’t have her in that kind of conditions. The toilet seat was broken, as well as a huge crack in the sink. Food on the wall and ceiling in the kitchen and food in the stove and also smelled like mildew.

No me gusto ..nada limpio..

I really liked the room and the outside area. It was like staying in a studio apartment!! Only complaint would be that the FAN was extremely loud. I would stay here again

I Love Sure stay and will continue to stay there and only there if and when available!!!

Nice facility. Staff were great. Food okay but very basic. Well lite parking and felt secure. Liked alert if you left door ajar. Parking right next to room exit; very convenient and easy to load/unload.
