埃斯孔迪多貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Escondido Hotel)

I am truly disgusted and disappointed with Best Western. The room was neat, but the carpet was dirty and sticky. We moved a chair to pull sofa bed out and there was a shoe and clothing from the previous person. During the night, my daughter woke me up because she had gotten bitten. Upon further investigation, we saw that we had bedbugs in sofa bed and on the bed. I killed about 10 bed bugs and called the front office, and they gave us another suite that was directly under ours. We took a photo, and googled it, and sure enough it was a bed bug. I took the bugs that I killed and showed it to the front desk as proof, and he immediately said that he would let the manager know and we would be contacted in the morning. Next day, we did not receive any contact from anyone. We did notice that they already had someone else in the room we were staying in the previous night. I finally had to ask for the manger Sunday morning and with a smile on her face i told her my concerns. (Still smiling) She was very dismissive and said without prove there was nothing she can do. Where was the prove that I gave the front office? She also told me she had Orkin come out and they checked the room thoroughly and they did not find any bugs. She also told me that they have dogs come in weekly to make sure that the rooms are cleaned. I am not sure how dogs can check the rooms to make sure they are clean!!!! We will never stay at a Best Western EVER AGAIN. Not even an apology!!!!!

Very rude front desk person with no respect to returning guest!!! Have stayed about 10 other best western hotels and this was worst experience ever

Disappointing! I stayed here before and everything was nice. But this time the room was dirty, the furniture was spotted and the chair looked liked they retrieved it from the garage dump.

Furniture was dirty, mourning manager was very rude.She said if I didn’t like the room I could just leave. I always stay at best western, because they are always nice with great staff and very clean, but this one was terrible. I booked a suite for 3 nights, but only stayed one night. I think a full refund is in order. Also, I never got my $100.00 deposit refunded to me.

Billed me an additional $100 from what ******* booked the room for me when I reserved it

The bathroom has raw sewage smell, very uncomfortable to stay in the bathroom. It is also unhealthy.

No hot water

I didnt like that the bathrooms had no heat. So they were too cold. Showers were not enjoyable.
