Wonderful hotel! Very pleased with this accommodation. Will definitely want to stay here again on future travels. Friendly staff, very spacious comfortable room complete all the amenities. Delicious breakfast. Easy check in and check out process.

We were on a road trip, crossing the U S border the next day. The hotel is clean, very nice linens, good front desk service. Breakfast was in a box, not at all warm and the cute bacon & egg in a muffins cup must have been made hours earlier - it was hard as a rock. Suggestion, lower the rate and forget the breakfast at least until Canada gets over of the Covid nonsense.

They charged me for 2 nights when i only booked 1 because they didn't use the ********* confirmation code to check-in. They give a plastic bag of stained and ripped towels to use instead of fresh ones. The air conditioner was stuck on so the room was very cold.

Overall a fine stay. Renovated hotel, huge bedrooms but I think we got unlucky with a very uncomfy bed with a huge dip in the middle and the air conditioner was a little too noisy.

Beautiful hotel and really appreciated the kitchen in the room. Friendly staff and good choices for continental breakfast. Loved coffee in the lobby. Room comfortable and very clean.

We arrived tired from traveling no shampoo in bath. Room very hot, after i turned it down AC would not shut off room was at 16 then it shut down quit working altogether. My wife was awaken after 1 hour of sleep many bed bugs bites We killed many on our bed and our sons. My wife went to front desk to complain they claimed they had no idea. My son had in excess of 50 bites wife about twenty Do not stay there

Front desk did their job, but appeared bored and not welcoming. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were dried out with a light crust on the outside, no hot water for tea or the porridge, only 1 yogurt, the sausages burnt. The 2 pitchers of juice was all ice and it had spilled everywhere, the kitchen staff were busy wiping clean table and visiting with house keeping out the side kitchen door, so I don’t know how she did wipe up the juice mix or restock the yogurt: They also didn’t look happy to be cleaning or to be there. This was at 8 AM and there weren’t any other guests eating.

Rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen area was an added bonus for our family gathering. Will stay there again for sure!

Hotel is right by the train tracks and multiple trains go by extremely loudly during the middle of the night for constant wake ups. Based on location alone I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Female front desk employee who checked me in and worked that night was also extremely crabby and looks and sounds just miserable . Kitchen staff at breakfast couldn’t be bothered to get off her cell phone in the back to replenish the food or drinks either
