La tranquillité, la facilité de connexion internet, le confort! Pas aimé : peu d’accès à la restauration.

This is a nice hotel! Clean, roomy, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

no USB ports anywhere. missing shampoo. no microwave. coffee pot with no way to make coffee. grounds, but no pot, filters, filter holder.

Check in was fast, hot tea was available and there was even a cookie left for our late night checkin. Room was clean.

Ended up having to stay a second day. Was charged twice as much as the first night and never told what the amount was. Ended up being charged for 3 nights and never even got a receipt. Hair all over the shower. Would not recommend

From check-in to check-out, our stay was exceptionally good. Our room had hinged doors on the closet and bathroom, not the sliding doors that we find at some Hampton properties. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave, but we did fine without them. It had a nice selection of tea, both in the room and in the dining area. Our room was very clean and very quiet, with good beds. The bathroom was smaller than some, but roomy enough with good fixtures. When we checked out, I told the reception clerk that this was the third night of a three night trip, and we saved the best for last.

Room was booked and paid for one month in advance. A ground-floor room was requested at that time. I checked in at 3:05 and was given Room 247, which is on the second floor in the far back corner of the hotel. I was shocked to find that a $200 per night room has no refrigerator or microwave. When I requested a different room, I was informed that there were none available. The manager on duty, Anna Fenwick, offered to bring a refrigerator to our room for an additional $10 charge! Ms. Fenwick stated there were no microwaves available. Hampton Inn will no longer be my choice of hotel and I will inform all of my friends so they can avoid the Hilton properties. To make matters worse, I used my rewards to book this awful stay.

I like the variety of food for breakfast ,. The room were so welcoming and clean .

The shower gel was empty, almost running out toilets paper. But not been refilled when checked in.
