埃弗裡特紅獅套房飯店(Red Lion Inn & Suites Everett)

Advertised Breakfast, no breakfast, noisy, ice machine right outside my door, uncovered so you heard the machine noise 24/7. Was near the emergency exit door in the rear. People were using it all day. It says emergency only, noisy in/out all day. Couldn't connect to the internet. Felt unsafe, desk unmanned always except when I checked out. Homeless around so anyone could have entered. Did not see sprinkler system. Very small towels. 2 guests 2 days, only had 2 bath towels. Hallway carpet looked dirty.

While the red lion was close to our venue I wouldn't ever stay here again. Front desk barely spoke English. The rooms had no coffee makers/ microwave/ cups etc. Deadbolt wouldn't latch and the front desk didn’t understand the problem. There was noisy construction going on until after 10pm. And honestly it looked like the majority of guests where welfare homeless people. Definitely didn't feel safe or comfortable staying here.

I got two rooms, and both rooms tubs were disgusting, one of the beds were also lopsided too.

Clean rooms, no frills. We found it ideal for being very close to the hospital (I was having a procedure). The parking is excellent.

there was no coffee for us (not even in the money or room) there was no breakfast. there were not enough blankets (did get those) someone was supposed to fix our tv but never came up after several calls from us, a spanish girl came up who could barelly speak English told us she did not know how to fix it. we wont go ther again.

Have stayed at several hotels through *******. & genuinely love the red lion and all of they times we have stayed in one & also don’t mind paying a little more to stay in Red Lion if there’s one in the area; but this experience was not good, at all. I took photos & videos several times throughout our stay. Our room was not serviced at all the entire 4 1/2 day stay. I had asked the front desk twice on the 3rd day & was told it would be done at 4 and nobody every came. & not the next day either. We had to go buy toilet paper. We didn’t get clean towels the entire time or clean sheets. The bed frame bars were sticking out & was unmoveable, due to that, I have pictures of the blood & bruising on myself, my kids & their dad from hitting our shin/ankle/feet on the bars repeatedly. The first room they put us in was over twice the size & none of the keys to the room were working, so we got switched to a room at the beginning of the hall. I don’t like to complain & typically would just let it go, but I expected so much more for myself & my kids during an already stressful time.

Staff very helpful, but microwave missing parts, no glasses, coffee only available down the hall, furniture in disrepair, no ice machine, lobby restroom dirty.
