very friendly welcome - nice clean rooms- managed to get parking on the street after 6pm but noticed there were some spaces in the carpark down the street (carpark opposite is for residents only after 6pm). toilets and bathrooms clean and tidy, had a sink in the room which was very useful. Kettle with tea/coffee facilities. wardrobe plenty of room for storage. location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the high street. recommended!

Highly recommended for a solo traveller having a trip following a budget. Room service is great!! I would say it’s good enough for me :)

Very friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of this stay. Location is excellent and walking distance to the city centre. However, the hotel itself was very noisy from adjacent and rooms above and walls /doors very thin. The stairs could use an underlay to soundproof them. The room was adequate for a two night stay but we had disrupted sleep both nights because of noise and therefore will not visit again I'm afraid.

Excellent accommodation which perfectly suited our needs. Very clean, kettle in room with lovely selection of coffee, tea and herbals. Our rooms had shared bathroom use which was absolutely fine. Bedroom had a sink in it. Great location 5 mins to city centre.

I'd definitely recommend this place. We stayed in King ensuite room and it was nice, tidy, clean, spacious. Friendly reception team and happy to help if you have any questions. Walkable to Exeter Central or St Davids station.

This small hotel is in a great location. It is very clean and room was very warm. It no longer serves breakfast but as so near to city centre this wasn't an issue. Only one problem - the shower doesn't drain properly. We told them about this last time we stayed but it hasn't been rectified.
