The harbor view was lovely! Breakfast was delicious and the holiday decor was very festive!

Nice and clean Hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast Buffet is ok for a good start in the day.

Staff are really nice, room is clean, decent breakfast. I forgot my toothpaste and asked them for one, they were happy give it to me. The only problem is their heating unit is really loud, waking me up couple times a night.

The first one they gave me the key did not work to let me in. When I returned to the desk they assigned me a different room with that key which did work however by evening I realized that my socks were becoming soaked because the carpet on the floor of the room was soaked (with what I don't know...and that is the worrisome part). So I went down in my wet socks and asked for another room which they gave me and since it was evening I was exhausted and ready to go to bed. However I turn down the sheets only to find the bed in that room had a brown stain on the bottom sheet. Just one disappointment after another. Needless to say I doubt I will be staying here again!

Very comfortable. Repeat visit. Very impressed. There was snow overnight and when I went out in the morning they arranged to have someone clean cars! I was very impressed! Gave gentleman handsome tip! It was very helpful. I have never seen that anywhere I’ve stayed. It was just great!!! Also, very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Good restaurant across the road and down the road.

This hotel is by far one of the best overall I've stayed at and I've stayed at quite a few. I like to go on little staycations with my daughter. And because of my severe big anxiety, I'm always searching for bed bugs or other signs of insect infestations at hotels and this place was completely clean. On top of that everyone was extremely pleasant. The halls were quiet at night at a different stay at another chain, I had to call the police because they were so belligerent but I genuinely had a very nice relaxing time with my daughter. It was much needed.

The facility and the room are clean, I'll can say that, and the bed comfortable, but the private rooms have the most dismal decor and lighting. Granted, this is not luxury hotel, but basic features like wall color, fixtures, furniture - it's alll done on the cheap and it looks it. The lighting is chilly and off-putting, instead of warm and friendly. I can understand if I were paying $150 a night, and I know hotel pricing is based on demand, but $350 a night??? Lucky I only needed a one night stay.
