Upon arrival they did not have our confirmation which I think that was more cheap tickets than them. But nonetheless, cheap tickets customer service was top notch and figured it out within 10-20min. But what we didn’t like about the hotel is that upon arrival it was so dirty. The front desk clerk who was also active manager was vacuuming so I’m assuming they are short staffed. She was very nice and helpful. But the place was dirty. Then we find out the pool is not working/ unavailable. We couldn’t check in early due to not having rooms available (which was a good thing) at the end. So we left to eat but before leaving my husband went to investigate why the pool was unavailable. There was a big red sign that it was shut down by the health and wellness administration due to misuse or no use of correct cleaning and maintenance. So my husband flipped! He went off telling me what else have they not been cleaning well. So I can to cancel our reservation with no cancellation fee which the front desk did for us because she understood our concerns. Staff was great, the condition of the place not so much.
