普瑞米爾法恩罕飯店(Farnham)

I have stayed in Premier Inns around the country whilst travelling on business. They are reasonably priced, with a good bedroom, good breakfast and meal deal dinner and customer service. However Premier Inn Farnham is the worst I have stayed in. I stayed for 2 nights. The room was fine, standard, but only 1 teabag. The breakfast was table service and on the first morning when it arrived, the food was cold, the mushrooms were definitely off and I had watched as the ‘cook’ had taken the pre cooked poached eggs out of the fridge and put them into hot water. I sent my plate back. When I returned to the hotel that evening, despite putting the notice on the door, my room had not been serviced. Breakfast on the second day, I said I would have a fried egg and no mushrooms. When it arrived the only thing that was hot was the fried egg. I paid £400 for a 2 night stay here because all other hotels in the area were fully booked. I shall not be making the same mistake again.

I stayed for the weekend, for a family do in farnham. The women on Reception who checked myself in was amazing, I think her name was Debbie. Nothing was to much trouble and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, bed was so comfortable. Had a great weekend visiting family for a party. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were visiting area approx 2miles away and this Premier Inn was in excellent locality. Food was nice and value for money although at breakfast time there was a lack of items and not the same items each day. Apologies from staff were made but they were all very friendly. Check-in was a little lengthy but we felt the nice receptionist needed a little more training, so not really her fault. Staff in restaurant were really great.

Internet was broken. Was told I could not complain until I checked out. They took my money (paid extra for internet because of work) to provide a service and they did not provide a service. Breakfast was late which then meant I could not have breakfast (again that I had paid for) as needed to get off to work. Expensive, nothing worked and the lack of customer service was awful.

After a six hour drive from Yorkshire to Farnham I was looking forward to a nice evening .I expected to have a dinner and a drink and rest before continuing my journey the following day to Gosport to see my neices and their their three brand new babies .I checked in ,nothing was said in reception about the fact that the restaurant was closed .This was the reason that I had chosen this hotel.It was not far from the motorways and as a solo elderly traveller I knew it was perfect. So the kitchen was closed apparently earlier in the day due to a malfunctionj.I was assured that breakfast would be available . I couldnt even have a sandwich . The hotel had emailed me earlier in the day to say they were looking forward to my arrival.Had they told me there was no restaurant I could have gone to another Premier Inn. I paid £98 for that miserable night . I have been thanked for mentioning it ! Apparently this will help the hotel eo ensure that their staff are better informed . I wont go back to Premier Inn again

My premier inn plus room was tidy and comfortable. Staff was always available to me when ever they was needed or in my case, wanting extra pillows to sleep with. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast as I only stayed for 2 days and both days I went out to meet friends. How ever I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this location with others.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Windows are not able to be opened which spoiled our stay as woke up in the night really stuffy. We usually sleep with windows open all year round. We had to wait nearly 2 hours for our breakfast, due to staff shortages and restaurant being fully booked. Food was not the best.

Stayed 2 nights and ate there the first night. Food fine, Premier Inn Plus room comfortable, roomy and clean. As usual with a Premier Inn, only got one hand towel so had to ask for another. But breakfast!! The poor staff were rushing around and clearly frazzled, because it was full on both days with what seemed like one cook. Waited about an hour on day one for it to arrive (cooked breakfast not self service). Quicker on day 2 as we chased them up hut others were waiting an hour or so for their food.
