First time .. nice hotel, friendly staff and great location

I loved that the property offers rooms set up like 1 and 2 bedroom apar**ents! However, avoid being placed next to the stairs or in any building other than the main building the check in center is located in due to noise and people hanging out smoking outside your window at all hours.

We had an issue with our first room but we were immediately accommodated into a new room. It was very clean and well kept. Comfortable!

The overall stay was good although none of the televisions (3) worked in room 137.

Property is being renovated. Stayed in an area already completed, it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they need to replace thier washers and dryers in the laundry rooms, some were not working.

Never came to clean the room. Took a long time to shovel snow on walking areas.

My stay was amazing the room had everything I needed it and the staff very friendly .

The breakfast was good and I love having coffee available all day. The gym is was nice and the complimentary earbuds were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Professional friendly staff. Great variety breakfast buffet - the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. Very clean. The property needs a little TLC, however, it looks like they are in the midst of taking care of this. I would stay here again.
