I really loved this place. It was affordable, safe, clean and perfectly located for our needs. The bedrooms were total-blackout dark and perfect for sleeping. It was so cold that we didn't get to sightsee as much as we would have liked, so we were stuck in the room. I would have liked a more comfortable couch and sitting area in the living room, but this is a minor complaint compared to the overall value of this room. I would definitely recommend.

In town for concert weekend. We saw in the feviews it was a "little cold". Thankfully we tossed in a thick sleeping bag, just in case. It was FREEZING in our room. Front desk said they have space heaters but all were being used. We had the blinds closed and used all towels and our jackets to try and block the windows. The heat system wouldnt go above 76° and was blowing cool air. We literally used the oven at 450° with the door open all night to try and assist. Night two, we scored a space heater but with the high ceilings it didnt make much of a difference. Cool place. Decent location. Clean. Friendly front desk. Parking was kind of a pain (especially in the cold weather). But we DO NOT recommend staying in the winter until new windows are installed.

Fantastic location if you are up for the walk downtown near Woodward ave. We enjoyed our weekend stay to visit campus Maritus for ice skating, Woodhouse spa, and to catch a Detroit Lions win! Our studio apartment had everything we needed for an easy and comfortable stay. The only complaint is parking not on site. However, there is a parking lot directly across from the building that has available parking for $20-35 (overnight stay). Or a covered location a short distance away called the Trolley plaza. I recommend using ParkWhiz for your parking needs too!

With the very cold weather, the units struggle to stay warm. They brought me a space heater, which helped, but the older windows leak lots of cold air. Later in my stay, a pipe froze and burst in the building forcing an evacuation.

We liked how close the property was to Ford Field. The room was clean and quiet. However, there were two small units on the wall that did not keep the room’s temperature comfortable. There was also cold air coming through the windows, and we were cold in the room most of the time.

디트로이트 출장으로 다운타운내 숙소를 결정했는데, 주변 호텔에 비해 가격은 저렴했으나 상태는 어떨찌 몰랐음. 일반 호텔처럼 프론트데스크 없는것 빼고 최고라고 생각됨 그냥 내 집처럼 살고 싶다는 생각이 듬. 건물은 오래되었으나 최근 리노베이션됨. 완벽한 주방, 거실, 침대 편안함, 주변이 좀 시끄러우나 건물 자체는 조용함. 맞은편에 다양한 식당, 작은 마트가 있음. 창밖의 시내 뷰도 일품.

Personable and helpful staff. Beautiful room with all of the amenities of home and priced better than most hotels.
