奧梅亞宮套房Spa飯店(Palais Ommeyad Suites & Spa)

A Fes siamo stati per due giorni in questo bel Riad dentro la Medina .Una suite con due bagni con aspetto lussuoso ma carente nell’impianto elettrico e con televisore con telecomando disfunzionante.Tante piccole mancanze che mal contrastavano con le belle stanze Due ristoranti uno marocchino ed uno internazionale a piano terra ed all’ultimo piano con un solarium con bella vista.Colazione ricca e cena animata da una orchestrina con musiche tradizionali Comunque un bel Riad che con qualche intervento può ritornare ottimo

Séjournant dans un Riad, nous sommes venu profiter du spa en famille, à 3 personnes. L’accueil de la réception est très agréable, les soins aussi, nous avons passé un bon moment. Malheureusement ce moment fut gâché à la surprise de l’ouverture de nos sacs à main qui semblait avoir été fouillé… effectivement de l’argent nous a été pris (une trentaine d’euros au total) Étant donné la fermeture du spa et de notre départ immédiat pour l’aéroport, nous n’avons pas pu revenir pour en faire part à la direction. Nous étions pourtant ravis des prestations effectuées mais se faire voler est totalement honteux!!!

Hotel tipo palacio con acceso directo a la Medina. Se está reformando el edificio más grande, pero el edificio donde hoy se ubica el hotel es bellísimo. Las habitaciones son enormes, cuentan con dos saloncitos y un dormitorio. El baño cuenta con jacuzzi. El desayuno es muy generoso y copioso, aunque yo añadiría algo de fruta. Quiero destacar que al hacer el cheking me llevé la desagradable sorpresa de que me equivoqué de fechas!! Mi agradecimiento total hacia Aziz, el recepcionista, muy amable y profesional al solucionarlo ya que Booking lo puso muy complicado al ser una reserva no cancelable. Como detalle a mejorar, el parking es algo incómodo y cuenta con los típicos guías que no paran de hostigar a los clientes.

Un personnel très accueillant, un service rapide pour le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que les salles de bain. Au niveau de la propreté, c'est nickel !! Je recommande cejolie palais.

O hotel é bem melhor nas fotos do que na realidade. Ter um estacionamento na medina é incrível, mas o hotel está em obras (espere barulhos logo pela manhã) e o quarto é MUITO MUITO MUITO quente (não há ar condicionado). Decoração meio brega. Café da manhã ruim. Restaurante bom (para almoço).

This Riad in Fez was great – I loved the 2 bedroom suite I had with the sitting room with home baking. Just delightful. The pool was small but freezing, just the way I like it and the staff were also delightful – despite me having to go down and ask them to turn off the music in the hamman at 11.30pm which was right under my room as it was being piped through the air vents at full volume! We had drinks on the rooftop terrace on night and the manager was lovely. Breakfast was not so great – only continental which was plated up in advance – being veggie, I asked for a separate plate of cheese – and the waiter just lifted the meat off the plate and placed fresh cheese when the meat had lain. Not great and we only had bread on the first morning with sweet pastries on the second.

It’s a lovely hotel and our ambassador suite room was very spacious. There were 2 bathrooms! The decor was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. The sitting area was large and beautiful too. The windows overlooked the pool area, which was quite. The shelves inside the wardrobe was dusty and the lighting was poor near the dressing area. We stayed for 2 nights and found the staff very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was average and didn’t have much Moroccan food. The salmon for dinner was nice. The desserts were delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is full of charm at every turn. The rooms are huge and there is great attention to details in the decor. The windows in the room were beautiful and overlook the beautiful courtyard. The beds were perfect and had wonderful sheets. The bathroom had nice touches like quality toiletries, slippers and robes. The breakfast buffet was among the best we had in all Morocco. The hotel personnel were all magnificent and provided excellent customer service. I was amazed to see in some past reviews that people did not like this hotel and called it old and worn. It is old, but clean and the old is what makes it so incredibly charming and beautiful. If you want new you probably belong in a more modern environment than Morocco. Highly recommend.

I want to thank all the staff for being so kind, helpful, polite and more. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, exquisite decoration. Amazing views from the restaurant on the 4th floor. Thanks Antonia
