聖安德烈斯No1. 公寓和臥室 - 聖瑪麗(No1 St Andrews and Westpark House Bedrooms)

Stay at the property was very good, apartment was exactly as pictured, we were delighted, However the location of a disco which was open until 3am was not so good, although eat plugs were supplied I think that I would have appreciated the information beforehand.

Great location for walking around town. Large unit with great amenities. We booked through ******* and noticed within two minutes of booking it that we had used the wrong arrival date. We contacted ******* to change and they said that they would contact No. 1 St Andrews to make the change. No. 1 St Andrews told me that ******* would need to make the change. So, in the end I was forced to pay for an extra night stay.

We didn’t receive an email describing what to do about suitacases etc if arriving early. We did manage to get things done through a series of phone calls but the email that was supposed to be sent would have made it all clear. Another group arrived the next day with the same confused looks on their faces and we did our best to give them all the information. They also stated they had not received any email. Another guest I happened to speak with did indeed receive an email describing the process so apparently the communication is a bit hit or miss.

The property was beautiful and well kept. The check in process was very confusing and I had to call customer service to get the correct info.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Super comfy and stylish. Great location.

Nice central location, clean and comfortable rooms/apartments. Free overnight parking across the street at St Mary's place. It was my second stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.
