There are only three reasons someone gets a hotel room. Number one is to be able to sleep, number two is a shower, number three is a safe place to leave their stuff. For a hotel to charge almost 300.00 per night I expect ALL 3!!! The bed was HORRIBLE.....the shower was awful...NO WATER PRESSURE AT ALL. It trickled out so softly what otherwise would take me 10 minutes took 30!!! To think I spent almost 900.00 to stay at you hotel enrages me. I wouldn't recommend your property to any of my colleagues, friends or family. Very disappointing for a Hilton property charging that much money per night and having the accommodations equivalent to a Days Inn.

Bath room shower flooded, dangerous conditions and poor footing in bathroom. Complaints were made noi resolved! I have handicap and handicap shower is necessary. Chose this place for that purpose, Had to cut my stay and stay with relatives and share bathroom. Will have to make different hotel accommodations next visit!

The surprise $10 parking put a bad taste in my mouth. The pillows were terrible and I have had a sore neck the last two days. The indoor pool was closed but when you see pictures of a pool when booking, you expect to have use of a pool. The young boy at check out was nice but the older gentleman in a suit was cold.

The housekeeping was horrible and didn't show up for 2 days. The property manager has no idea what he is doing. I would never stay at this hotel again or for any other Hilton property. I was a Hilton Honors member which means nothing.

Staff is awesome! Food is great! Clean and well kept! Ive stayed 10+ times in the past year when working on Long Island. Some of the rooms could use new beds if i had to find fault but as a Hilton honors member too I've already mentioned that to them😁

It was clean and very respectful service. But, the A/C made so much noise in my room. I couldn't get any sleep. Itvwould get extremely loud and wake me up all night.
