佛羅倫薩Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Florence)

Hotel was very convenient to I 95, and easy to access. A large selection of restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, and employees helpful and polite. Cleanliness not what we expected, especially coming out of a pandemic. No evidence of hand sanitizer anywhere in hotel. Room carpeting was not clean, the remote and phone were filthy.

We've stayed at many Marriott properties but this one seemed run down! We were put on the fourth floor because our original room was on the first floor and I thought it might be noisy! Our new room had an air conditioner over our bed that made so much noise, the bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet also needed a better vacuuming! The breakfast looked plentiful but it was just ehh!

The room we had on the first night was fine, but we were disappointed that the bathroom had no ventilation fan. We arrived a week later (on our return trip) and the room we were given was very disappointing. Basically the bathroom had no ventilation fan, the phone was disconnected and the alarm clock needed batteries. The condition of the toilet and the tub in that bathroom were horrible….scratches and dirt in the toilet bowl and discolored bathtub surface. We strongly suggest replacing both the toilet and the tub….they certainly were not up to Marriott standards!

Loved the hotel. So roomy and pretty. Bed was really hard to leave at 6 am. Breakfast really good and the staff was wonderful.

People at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. I think it’s time to maybe update the decor.

Room was extremely beat up and dirty. Couch was covered in pet hair along with bedding provided for pull out. Walls thin. Neighboring room up all night yelling and fighting.

Requested room service after confirming eligibility. Request wasn't responded to. Room finishings were dirty, revealed extensive wear, poor upkeep.
