佛羅倫薩市中心凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Florence Downtown)

Tipico Hotel Hyatt, confortevole, pulito e tenuto bene. Una perla in questa città che è un po' "spettrale", nei dintorni vi sono molti negozi ed attività chiuse, ma credo che sia un polo in ricrescita che cerca nuovi investitori. Ottima colazione, una delle migliori trovate nella vacanza, con frutta fresca. Anche se passa la ferrovia, l'interno della camera è abbastanza silenzioso. L'hotel offre gratuitamente un parcheggio chiuso con sbarra vicino alla polizia, un bene dato l'aspetto poco sicuro dei dintorni. Ma come Hotel di passaggio è perfetto

L'infrastructure de l'hôtel et les commodités sont bien, comme vu sur les photos lors de la réservation. Tout est relativement récent ou rénové/revampé. Le service du personnel de l'accueil et du déjeuner est plutôt froid et désintéressé. La chambre semble propre à première vue, mais on se rend rapidement compte que le ménage est plutôt fait en tournant les coins ronds (traces de guenille humide sur la toilette et les surfaces, vitres de douche avec taches d'eau accumulées, etc). La literie et les serviettes sont impeccables, mais le lit était inconfortable (surmatelas trop moelleux ajouté par dessus un matelas qui date, on s'enfonce toute la nuit). Déjeuner aux options limitées, assiettes sales (au point où il est difficile d'en trouver une sans traces de fruits ou de confiture séchée), endroit mal configuré pour accommoder autant de clients en mode "buffet" sans se piler sur les pieds. La ville de Florence semble quant à elle jolie au premier regard ; le centre-ville autour de l'hôtel a été revalorisé et on y crois presque. Une simple balade nous permet cependant de réaliser que la ville semble presque fantôme, pas de vie ou d'animation, pas de touristes, commerces fermés, bâtiments désaffectés, et présence d'individus à l'air louche. Bref, ce ne fut pas une séjour enchanteur et sil s'avère que je dois encore une fois voyager vers la Floride , je planifierai un arrêt stratégique ailleurs.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious, the front desk desk staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast buffet and the gym were good. We loved the location downtown, with many restaurants walking distance. Would stay here again.

The person who checked me in was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the gym is decent. There are several good restaurants within a few blocks.

The are where the hotel was located seemed like a more safe quiet area than many other parts of Florence, SC. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Additionally, the free breakfast was nice feature and the food was good. The staff was very nice and the hotel overall was very nice. The only real issue that I had was with the Shower pressure, it was extremely weak even though the pressure in the bathroom sink was strong. Some items that would have made the stay more enjoyable are an indoor pool, a better gym, and if the rooms had a small studio type layout with a small kitchenette or full kitchen. Thank You.

There are two drawbacks to this property. First (and most significant) is that parking is a block away so you need to schlep your bags a bit. Second, there is a fairly actively train track nearby. We were at the end of the hotel facing the tracks. I did hear a train once but it was very quiet (unlike the train in My Cousin Vinny :-). The hotel is in a good location (downtown as it says). Couple of bars and restaurants within a block or so.

Rooms were good and clean with good space. We felt the breakfast could have been better as the second day we had breakfast at a local restaurant unfortunately.

We were there 3 days and there was no room cleaning service and we asked the evening of the last night to have the room cleaned and there cleaning people were all gone. We were never told about the cleaning arrangements.
