索吉奧諾阿克巴勒諾雷格飯店(Soggiorno Arcobaleno)

Sono stata in questo soggiorno 2 notti e 3 giorni, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Pietro, che ci ha accolte consigliandoci cosa da vedere posti in cui andare a mangiare o a bere qualcosa. Abbiamo conosciuto anche Daniele e Lorenzo, che sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici. La camera era accogliente, ordinata e semplice. Eravamo a 10 minuti dalla stazione e 15 da Santa Maria del Fiore, a piedi. Lo consiglio soprattutto a persone giovani.

El alojamiento está a 10-15 minutos de la catedral. La cama es cómoda, el check in se hace sin contacto y nos guardaron las maletas hasta por la tarde. El personal fue amable y simpático. Por poner un pero, el aire caliente no calentaba demasiado

We booked our trip to Italy last minute and decided to stay at the Soggiorno Arcobaleno in Florence. The guesthouse is walking distance from the train station and close to the centre of town. Upon arrival the gentleman who greeted us at reception was incredibly helpful, he handed us a map and explained all of the information that we might need to know, being our first time in Florence. As we arrived before check in time we expected our room not to be ready for us, surprisingly it was and we had a choice of rooms… every room looked very comfortable and clean. The room we had was spotless and comfortable. We needed a comfortable bed after all of our travelling and I can say the bed did not disappoint! Toothbrushes, soaps and shampoo/ conditioner were also provided which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily and we had access to a fridge and a balcony. There was a common coffee/ tea making area at the reception which was also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we shall be returning in future. Thank you for a lovely visit.

A bit hard to figure out the check in when you don't have data, but once we got in it was great. Lots of nice extras like a welcome chocolate and free expresso and biscuits. Great location.

Accoglienza e disponibilità eccezionali. Buona posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere belle, ristrutturate e pulite. Abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano (senza ascensore), i bagni di alcune stanze non hanno il bidet. Assolutamente consigliato

Very good value for the money. All that was missing was a small breakfast buffet. Coffee and tea were offered but buy your own milk if you don't want black coffee .

Siamo stati in questo b&b in occasione di una visita a Firenze. È molto carino e curato e soprattutto è in una posizione che permette di arrivare a piedi, in 10 minuti, sia al centro che alla stazione ferroviaria. Non abbiamo praticamente usato nessun mezzo in quei giorni. Grazie a Dany che ci ha anche consigliato dei posti bellissimi da visitare.

Posto perfetto per chi deve visitare il centro.. Vicino. A tutto anche all stazione.. Loreno veramente molto disponibile e gentile. La camera pulita e accogliente con tutti i confort.. Internet.. Micro e Frigo bar.. 2 rampe di scale ma il palazzo merita .. Come essere a casa.. Grazie tornremo!!

The location was perfect. It's a walking distance from all the main attractions which was super helpful. Lorenzo and Dani were so responsive, communication was excellent! The room was spacious and clean.
