I had flown in a new employee for training for my company from Texas. He got to the hotel and the first room they put him in there was no A/C. They moved him to another room and there was also no A/C but not only was there no A/C there were bedbugs. I them had him checkout and moved him to another hotel. They did refund me but extremely disappointing since this was my hotel of choice for new employees who we are training.

The person working reception was unaware that a Titanium membership included breakfast. How does he not know this? The springs on the mattress were quite depressed and I (still) have knots in my back. Also, when I returned for my second night, my bed had not been made and the room was not serviced at all. Receptionist said they’d check with management and I never heard anything. Finally, there were small ants all over the counter next to the coffee maker. I cannot recommend Mariott Courtyard and it’s unlikely I will return.

O hotel é um pouco velho mas tudo funciona bem e é bem limpo. Nada de luxo, quarto confortável e não cobram o estacionamento. Bem localizado e tranquilo. Recomendo

I called the day before, telling the hotel I would be arriving on a late flight and checking in late (11:30pm) with my family including extremely young children, and to please not give away or sell my room, I was assured that my booking was safe and that I would be able to check in, they told me they put a special note on my booking. Sure enough, when I arrived at 11:45pm, I was turned away. And had to find other accomodations.

Very Bad experience, the hotel in not clean. The room smelled like someone just eat there. The bathroom was nasty. Hair in all over the place. Thanks god was only one night there. Never will repeat there. Think it twice.

First room had ants crawling all over the bed,we were moved to another room, no ants but a dead cockroach in the non functioning refrig. Also th AC unit was so noisy we had to shut it off at night so we could sleep! The hotel needs someTLC.
