Beautiful getaway hotel. The staff was very accommodating, creating a great experience during our stay in a wonderful room. Highly recommend!

I have traveled around the world and have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a hotel. The hotel is pretty and clean, but there is nothing else I can say about our stay that is positive. First and foremost, the manager - Vanessa Philips - has THE WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. We were attending a cheer competition and this hotel was close to the event center. Many parents from many different teams were taking advantage of the amenities provided in the cost we paid to stay at the hotel and were hanging out and chatting in the lobby. Other than some kids running around and some noise because there were 10 different conversations occurring, nothing bad had occurred. All of the sudden one of our moms was walking up to her room and her CHILD told her that they called the cops and we needed to leave. This seemed outrageous because nothing had occurred. I approached the front desk to find out what was going on and she said "that's above my head - my manager did that". I asked where her manager was and she pointed me in that direction. I approached the manager (who refused to give us her name at the time) and asked what was going on. She told me we had received many warnings and she called the copy because we were not listening to them. I informed her that no one had said anything to us and without hesitation, she shoved her finger in my face and shouted "no one warned you? YOU ARE A LIAR!" I was blown away. The lobby is beautiful, staff is very friendly. Rooms look nice but much smaller than the photos make them appear. The place feels safe. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and one pillow smelled like it had been stuffed in someones BO soaked armpit or worse... we also were woken up to fire alarms going off multiple times early in the morning... oh and one small thing i noticed that the inspections for both the elvators were 2 months expired.

I chose this hotel specifically for it's bar which was not open. I also chose it for breakfast, but apparently my stay didn't qualify for a free breakfast. I stay at a hotel twice a week. I paid extra to have those amenities, and neither was provided.

The bed was really hard, when we walked in the rokm was 80 degrees and the AC never seemed to kick on, thankfully we were on the second floor and slept with the window open. Other than that we checked in at 1:30am and we’re out by 7:00am we weren’t there long enough to review anything else..

We were actually shocked that a tiny town like Roseville CA would charge for parking and $12.00. No free coffee and no breakfast. The hand soap won’t even wash face makeup off your hands- I had to use my shampoo. We are not Marriot people obviously. We will stay at Hilton in the future. We have always been happy there. That aside, the staff was FANTASTIC!

Unfortunately, it is located right next to a freeway which does not stop. It was loud and noisy from the time we got here until the time we left. The staff is superb but too noisy for me.

Nice room/bed/etc. Perfect location but no pool on site you go next door to the Hilton's pool. My only complaint was there was no room service each day to make the bed and take out the trash. Other than that it was great.

Room was excellent!! Walk in shower great! Pillows and bed great! They did forget creamer and sugar for in room coffee maker, staff very nice, outside sitting area excellent and nice small cafe for food and drinks, very relaxing night
