It’s a great place to stay nothing to fancy but very clean nice rooms with soft beds.. how ever if you thinking of swimming while you stay don’t get your hopes up cause the pool is beyond green and has been for the last year.

The coffee and juice machine did work. The breakfast was horrible. The Thursday night front desk clerk was no help, she didn’t have access to anything or so she said. There was no body wash in the room after changing rooms because the heat did not work in the first room.

Only 1 towel set when checked in.
Called guest services for more. Was told they didn’t have any. Then was told I could have 1 set but it was never delivered.
False advertisement- No PBJ bar during the first night.
Paper thin walls. I did not get a good nights rest either night. I heard EVERYTHING!
Breakfast availability was limited.
Customer Service needs improvement. Desk receptionist remained on the phone while taking care of guests.

location was ok.. found it in a nest of other hotels.. easy on and off the hyway. confusing getting out of there.. got turned around and missed a turn but gps caught my mistake and I was back on the road. Thanks

shower wont drain fast enough, bathroom door did not close, shower and bathroom definitely need work.. Staff was responsive.. Otherwise a decent hotel for my purpose of getting rest/sleep during a long drive.. pretty close to highway and other necessary stores.
