Not enough towels in the room. Room wasn’t too clean. I smelled smoke in my room every day and night in a nonsmoking room. The signal for whatever streaming service on the TV didn’t stay. The picture and sound went in and out every day. So, no TV. There’s a coffee maker. It leaked all over the counter. It’s a beautiful place. Great location. My host seemed nice.

Really nice and quite place. Everything is new and the place is beautiful. Enjoyed 4 nights, host are friendly and it is just an easy laid back atmosphere. Close to the drive.

The owner Abey was super friendly, very accommodating with the checkin and checkout process. The property itself is beautiful and very private and in a secluded setting. Great spot for pool parties and to chill. The room was bright and airy, clean and comfortable bed. The kitchenette is an added bonus. Easy access to the property with a gate code. The hot tub and the outdoor shower are also available. I would come back here again.

My suggestion to the owners is to keep an eye in cleanliness (below the bed and sofa) and maintenance. Moreover, my experience was amazing. I will revisit this property.

Beautiful building with 2 townhouses and 4 rental units. The rental unit was small. Nice bathroom. Small microwave and coffeemaker. There were no other people there so it was very quiet. Not a good place to stay if you want to be around other people.

The Host is wonderful , will do all possible to accommodate ! Friendly , honest and the property beats your expectations , designed by owner and executed to perfection (with Versace 48” tiles) …and every detail thought after ! Definitely recommend 👌👌👌

Exactly what we were looking for! It was a quiet, chill place where we could rest and recharge. We loved the esthetics of the rooms and the common area, and the location was within walking distance of Wilton Drive. Abey was a helpful and friendly host. He stopped by daily to see if there was anything we wanted. And when I had a minor disaster (I got to the airport but forgot my passport in the room's safe), he was calm and reassuring. We're already thinking about a return to Fort Lauderdale, and we would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay at. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Was convenient to take Uber from there to other parts of Fort Lauderdale. The place was modern and clean. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would book there again next time in town.
