Fue menos de lo que esperaba. El baño de la habitación tenía roto donde va el papel del baño. En general estuvo regular.

Overall, excellent value. Easily accessible to major highways. Close proximity to shopping outlet malls. Very friendly staff at the hotel. Kudos go out to Michelle at the front desk. She was exceptional and deserves recognition for her attentiveness! Thank you Michelle! Sufficient breakfast. Would definitely return if ever in the area again!

The only complaint is the breakfast. I know its complimentary but why can’t it taste good. Why does it have to be tasteless. A little more effort in making the food tasteful would make a world of a difference. Imagine guest raving about how good the breakfast is.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms are huge, so stylish, modern and comfortable, everything is perfectly thought of and convenient. The bathroom is very spacious, I cannot find one negative thing so far about my stay! Breakfast is simple but perfect for my needs. It's simply perfect!

I thought the breakfast options were great. Housekeeping was not daily, but did not create a hardship for me. I was able to check in sooner than I was originally told & I appreciated that.

Like: parking, size of rooms, breakfast, staff. Dislike: loud pool noise, nobody at the desk when we checked in for 10 minutes.

Pool could be bigger - more towels. Fitness room needs more towels and wipes. Room needs more comfortable sofa and chair to watch TV.

My room was not available. The hotel had issues with the key room and issues with the system to activate the key. I never got my room and the hotel was sold out. I need to do a new booking and go to another hotel. Working now on getting the reimbursement from *******
