Using the kiosk with a person teleporting in
from who knows where was off putting. He was nice, but didn’t know the place. Room was prepaid, but he asked for a credit card deposit to cover incidentals when it was impossible that there be any incidentals. No bar or snacks to purchase.
Maintenance person and breakfast person were nice.
Sink stopper was broken.
We were given a handicap accessible room without being asked if that was required.
Shower head connection was loose and gushed water. Had to use the hand held nozzle, which required bending over.
Breakfast was decent, but didn’t make up for other issues.
Won’t stay there again.

I would call this hotel. BEST western MINUS, not PLUS. The lobby smelled like urine. The couch in the lobby was dirty. The room was old and run down. We had a 7 month old baby, we did not even want to set him on the floor. KNOWING I wouldnt get my money back, we left after 30 minutes and rented a different hotel which was great.

Staff members were friendly. However, the room we stayed in was not well maintained, from dirty carpet, sticky table apron, loose shower curtain rod, loose toilet seat, missing support springs on sofa bed, to ripped blackout curtains just to name a few. The sofas in the lobby area looked like it was used by college fraternities. Not sure how much longer the hotel plans to stay in operation. There was certainly lack of motivation to keep the place up to snuff.

It was so dirty in the room. Dust webs, shaven hair, dusty, food stuck to the table. I didn’t appreciate having to check myself in using a kiosk. I’m not employed at Best Western.

This hotel was not as expected. On a Friday night there was only one person working so checkin took over 15 minutes. The pool was closed, which was one of the selling points of this hotel. The cleaner used in the main areas had a very strong, almost sour smell. I also booked on Orbitz for over $200, and the others in our party booked rooms directly for around $110 for the night. The breakfast on weekends does not open until 7, unlike weekdays at 6. We were in town for a meet and the delayed breakfast made the morning more rushed and challenging. Overall, finding I overpaid for this hotel, the service was rough, and the key amenities we desired were either unavailable or inconvenient, I would not recommend this location.
