Great view and location, within walking distance to places. The place looked old but quite clean. However, we got holes in our face towel. The shower was confusing to use. The water pressure was low and wasn't hot enough.

Location and price are good. The hotel looks old but the room is renovated and clean. There is a heater in the room that make the room room enough. However, the bath room was very cold. Luckily, the water is hot. The Scottish breakfast is delicious and a small cereal / drink / fruit bar is included. The staff and decoration look professional.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Nice clean comfy room great set course dinner.
Highly recommended if going to Fort William near all amenities such as bars restaurants shops. Short hop to bus and train station. Great Value.

The room was clean, pretty big and having a fan was a big plus!
The issue was that the area always has traffic on some level on the street below, it sits right on the road. There were also a considerate loud(possibly drunk) people as well. No elevator which was a big issue for us after a very long walk earlier so every step with the laggege was noticed.
The shower had a weird prerequesit where you had to open the sink faucet to hot if you want pressure / hot water in the shower...

The hotel was very nice, clean and very good situated,, breakfast was very nice, near bars, restaurants, etc, only thing I could fault was the reception staff on arrival, very rude and miserable, end of day they shouldn’t be in the job if they don’t like it 🙃

We thought our room very tired, creaky floor boards and very noisy being close to the road, the bottle recycling trip at closing time and other fort William Friday night closing time shouting etc.

A nice hotel in a great location. We felt the price was high but all hotels in the West Highlands are expensive.
The shower had very little power maybe as we were on the top floor?
Breakfast was very good.
