No sidewalks for pedestrians. You’re essentially walking on the roads with vehicles. Unsafe. Concierge would also call several times for timeshares and then they would charged you for local phone calls or calls that they make to your room.

Really enjoyed my weekend with the family. Trip.com made my check in easy and saved me $800. This resort was clean and I felt at home

I booked a standard room costed $177 per night for 3 nights. I found out the price reduced to $133 per night b4 checking in. I asked for upgrading our room but staff said all rooms were booked. I feel not happy. These places are spread out. We stayed in registration building but need to drive 8 mins to the pool with water slide.

The property was not well kept and our room was dirty. We had a difficult time getting into certain aspects of the resort using our key card. Also, it was impossible to get ahold of the front desk in order to speak to someone. They charged us $946 which was not authorized. They could not help us at all and had to dispute with our bank. We will not be returning.

It has been an awful experience, they charged me for two appartments instead of 1 and I have been trying to get the refund since December 14th. I would Not recommend this place at all.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort. While the resort is large and well-maintained, I found the furniture to be somewhat outdated. My initial one-room reservation in the main building left much to be desired. The hallway leading to the room was poorly lit, with chipped paint and dated, dirty carpet. Despite being promised a beautiful lake view, the outside of the window was so dirty that visibility was a challenge. A thorough power wash or window cleaning would greatly improve the overall appearance. The room's layout was awkward, with the outdated bedroom right at the entrance, followed by a bathroom and, finally, a living room with a small kitchenette. This arrangement felt reminiscent of a motel room from the 80s. I'm relieved I inspected the room alone as I was hesitant to show it to my wife, who I had taken there for a birthday getaway. Swiftly, I returned to the front desk and requested an upgrade to a two-bedroom unit. The second room, located in a different high-rise building, was an improvement in terms of appearance but still retained an outdated feel. Despite this, I must highlight that the resort's grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff is friendly, and its location is convenient. With some much-needed updates to the rooms, this resort could truly shine.

No towel service, didn’t clean the room during our stay. The unit was very dark and far from the parking lot.

Property site is very pretty and convenient to main roads. Rooms are very old, outdated and worn.
