克萊蒙西基西米凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Clermont West Kissimmee)

Me gusto la tranquilidad y el encargado John muy amable y servicial. Lo que no me gusto, nunca llegaron hacer limpieza al cuarto.

After staying in 31 hotels this year, this by far was the worst, had to change rooms 3 times, not clean tv not working and the cigarette smell was bad.

Quality? Nooooo. I can’t describe how bad it is very poor and dirty. We found old food from other guests into the bes sheets. And the manager said I have found worst stuff. It is what it is. I definitely don’t recommend this place for anyone

Pull up to establishment, it looked like it was shut down. It was only 7:45 pm. Drove around the parking lot to see if there were any other cars. There were only a few. Pulled up to front again. Lobby was almost completely dark except a very dim light. Staff was pleasant, not over welcoming. Took a photo copy of my drivers license instead of just verifying ID like other hotels. (I asked for the copy back the next morning at check out). Very run down and doesn’t look like the photos that advertises it. Outlet GFI broken, pieces had fallen out around it. Hole and wires exposed. Rusted ice bucket, tissue holder and plate around it. Sheets had stains on them on both beds. Door didn’t close flush with the frame, window had space between the frame and the actual glass one could easily put fingers through it. Drove in and It didn’t feel safe, very difficult to rest easy overnight there. Walking into lobby and the room and it was like falling into the 1970s. Clocks set to wrong time, no usb ports, towels very thin and dingy looking. Gate around playground was in disrepair and looked like it had been driven into by a vehicle. Ice machines either broken (2nd floor) or worked poorly. Areas around machines dingy. No staff from 3-7am. Loud music blaring from a vehicle at 3:30 am. No staff to handle it. It felt unsafe in the room with the door and window issues. Free breakfast was minimal waffles, juice, apples, bread, cereal and bagels. Very sp****. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Staff was great. Pool was nice. TV was good but I would like a better channel setup. I would also like more electrical outlets besides the one by the bathroom sink to coonect phone at night. Breakfast was okay for the price. I would stay there again.

Bathroom out dated and water backed up .. continental breakfast wasnt good selection

Easy transaction, looks to be getting updated. Clean rooms, we stayed for one night for a softball tournament

This property doesn’t not clean argumentative when telling them did not get for what we paid for 2nd time quality poorly run and do not clean properly

I and two of my friends stayed overnight to be closer to an educational day event. Our room was nice and cool upon arrival, as well as clean. The only complaint I would mention is the toilet was not seated firmly on the floor, causing a loud noise every time a person sat on or got off the toilet.
