The "front desk" of this organization is not organized, nor professional. Long story short - upon arrival to my rental the door was damaged. I called the front desk to report this. The ended up blaming me and charging me $250. The door jam was obviously broken before and "fixed" by caulking the crack. My girlfriend was afraid someone was going to walk into the room in the middle of the night and didn't sleep. Horrible experience, and then to be charged $250 on top is an absolute insult. I have many pictures and videos.
