法蘭克福佳倪飯店(Hotelgarni Frankfurt)

-Steckdose vom Föhn defekt -um 8:00 klopft Service schon, um zu fragen, wann ich abreise -Frühstück nicht möglich, angeblich Wassereinbruch -auf den Gängen und im Treppenhaus sitzen Gäste -Fremde verlangen beim Zugang ins Hotel auch eingelassen zu werden (haben wohl keinen Schlüssel) Das verleiht kein Gefühl der Sicherheit und macht die Unterkunft laut und hellhörig. Fazit: einfache, saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für moderates Budget. Nichts für Personen mit Komfort- und Sicherheitsbedürfnis

I was booked into the Hotel Elbe next door for one night, but they claimed they'd had a leak and put me and my friend in rooms in the Hotel Garni instead. My room was on the first floor which stank of smoke. The room wasn't very clean, there was only one plug socket which didn't work and worst of all there were dark red stains splattered around in the shower (see pictures). It was very noisy outside (there are a lot of ************ etc outside) and very warm in the room. There was no towel so I went to reception to ask for one but the guy first said no, then said it'd be an hour and-a-half wait. I didn't have that long so said I was going to the Hotel Elbe to get one which he wasn't happy about, but what could I do? He did charge my phone for me for a while, which helped.

Problemlose Abwicklung An- und Abreise. Kleine und gemütliche Zimmer. Es war alles da, was man braucht.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience however there are a few things which could be improved. The beds were really comfortable and the room was tidy and quiet. However, there weren't many electrical sockets around the bed which makes it even difficult to have your cell phone around you. Make sure you have at least one socket for charging the phone for example or maybe give the guests an extension cord. Secondly, there is no one to attend at the reception desk. As a work around maybe use a bell so that the guests can ring it if they need something. It was quite weird that I had to check out of the hotel by just leaving the keys on the table.

Me and 2 friends were happy with the overall quality, location, value for money and cleanliness of the hotel. For this trip it really was a place to shower, sleep and plan the day from and it ticked all those boxes. Staff were friendly enough and we had to have a bulb changed in the shower room that was done in 5 minutes.

We booked 2 rooms. The rooms we were given were in the basement (lower ground floor). One of the room had a strong unpleasant smell and we were forced to share one room. *******, after discussing the situation with the owner/manager Mr Shani, have written, promising a part refund for the room we were not able to use but now weeks after, have reneged and offered no payment. This is most disappointing especially in light of the inconvenience and the dishonesty.

Very noisy. One of the pillows we got was a decorative pillow with a pillowcase over. I’m sure you can get a better option even if it was a low price.

The Staff was GREAT!
