每次都很期待住Radisson的高層房間，景色一貫都很棒，在Frankfurt也不例外，價格也很合理。酒店提供停車位，但如果下午16點前到，也不是很難找停車位。 唯一不滿意的是房間裏膠囊咖啡機真的需要清理，很臟。本來有打算用，實在是下不去手🥲

Frankly (haha), this Marriott has me sold on all Marriotts. They let us check in early and gave us a complimentary upgrade. I thought that maybe it would be a bigger room or a higher floor, but it wasn’t JUST that - we basically ate for free during our stay in the city. The breakfast spread is to die for (a full honeycomb and carafes of apfelwein were highlights for me) and the club was accessible 24/7, so we could just pop in to grab coffee or water bottles (in sustainable cardboard packaging, actually) to go. The evening happy hour is the happiest of hours: basically a full dinner buffet that changes from one day to the next. Seriously, instead of going out on the town, my brother and I just sat in front of the fireplace in the lounge, drinking regional beers, wines, and mimosas (alongside a delectable sticky bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce). Seriously, I could go on about this place. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, full range of quality toiletries - much better than what I’m used to in large European cities. I will stay here every time I return to Frankfurt.

I’ve spent an hour reading through the reviews here and despite the potential skyline views this hotel offers being something of my absolute dreams, I would never forgive myself for booking this and having to endure what dozens (and probably hundreds more who never reviewed) of past guests have had to go through. I’m writing this review to demonstrate to you that people really do read the reviews and that the atrocious ‘customer service’ (to mention one of many, many recurring problems I’ve seen mentioned) has consequences. I could’ve booked a room for €85, which is probably nowhere near as much as many others paid for theirs, but even then, I wouldn’t sleep well at night knowing I gave to a chain that treats people in such an inhumane manner — even if my own stay went fine. What a shame, because this hotel itself (namely the view) is absolutely stunning. Don’t worry though, there are others, particular the new NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower — if anyone else is reading this based on the skyline view and would like an alternative to consider. I hope that other travellers begin to notice the multitude of bad reviews and that this one day (maybe 5 years down the line) forces you to clean your act up. It’s already getting there, surely — I was ready to book, until I looked at your Google reviews (I was only looking for photos) and noticed the hotel was only 3.9 here. You’ve managed to pull yourself down into 3* here? How embarrassing, but all the same time a fitting reflection of how you currently are. There’s always time to change, so hopefully when you start to feel the price of people choosing competitors instead, you’ll make the right changes. Good luck!

這應該是最友好的德國公寓了 一來和前台拿糖包，拿牛奶， 拿洗碗精，拿衛生紙，拿抹布 都不會拒絕房客，當然， 有些還是需要付費的 不過因為早餐需要額外付費 我們就沒有使用餐廳 但是在退房時候 前台旁邊就有一大欄的牛角供房客隨意拿 一大堆房客一下電梯順手就拿取塞到嘴裏 前台都是笑眯眯的去補充 而且這裏進出刷卡很安全 我們臨時又追加住了一天。

我在這家酒店住了16晚。我位於一個安靜的區域，離萊普齊格火車站不遠。房間很基本但是很舒適。我在抵達時支付了城市稅，這很好。我一天出門回到旅館后，房間都打掃乾淨了。

傳説中的火車站附近很亂，有很多無家可歸的人，住了一晚，衹能説沒有看見，偶爾有一個婦女過來要和我換錢，瞪了她一眼，於是她發現我是個不好惹的，就灰溜溜的走了。酒店整體感覺非常乾淨，電梯和門的機械部分可謂做工精良，離歐元標誌和步行街也還算很近，關鍵是就在火車站邊上，即使碰到下暴雨也不用打雨傘，過一個很窄的馬路五六米寬直接就等於進站了。很方便。早餐超級豐富，除了沒有蔬菜沙拉，約等於啥都有了。你如果每個品種嘗一下，拍照打卡會拍出十張看上去是早餐的照片。寄存行李很講究，會給你行李條，取一點小物品的時候工作人員不讓進行李房的，顯得嚴謹，讓人放心。房間還贈送了一瓶飲用水，看上去格外高檔，可以理解為比那些世界知名品牌高級三倍吧。反正京東和天貓搜圖是沒搜到。還有，早餐到十一點，顯得酒店很大方，您十點半起床？沒問題，儘管來吃。哈哈哈

The hotel itself was lovely. Rooms were nice, staff were helpful, and it smelled aggressively good. The location is good in that it is close to the train station and the downtown core, but it is just a couple blocks away from an area with people using drugs, etc. Would definitely avoid if plan to be out in the evenings. It is possible to avoid this area for the most part with careful planning of routes but the proximity to this area was a definite downside.
