Enjoyed my stay a lot . I will definitely book this place again and again.

Nice place for a night between travel. Near to lots of restaurants and things. Quiet. Close to the highway. Clean room. We booked a king but got two queens. Front desk worker was a bit apathetic. But good overall.

The entire check-in process was a headache. It took 2.5 hours to check in.There was miscommunication between ********** & The actual Hotel. Payment wasn’t processed etc. Not a great experience.

Staying overnight due to family member in OSU hospital in serious condition. I had stayed there on Thursday and was happy with the hotel. However, on Friday I was disturbed by a large group of people playing games and yelling in the parking lot. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear them talking directly below my window. I asked the front desk twice to address the issue and nothing was done. Aren't most hotels for rest? Not there on Friday night.

The hotel was far from quiet. There was no control on guests and parties. Up all night. Front desk offered no help. I’m a Marriott person and thought I’d give Hilton a try. My mistake.

The staff was great, the room was great; however, we did not have any hot water. We turned shower on and let it run for several minutes, and it never warmed up.

The heated pool was not warm at all (this was after calling prior to reserving the room to be sure it was heated) and the pool towels were very small and not absorbant. We are local to the area and only stayed so our granddaughter could swim. The hotel and room were clean and the clerk was friendly at check in.

As expected for HGI. Reliable, clean and good condition. Only complaint is HVAC is noisy.

Easy check in, staff was kind and accommodating. Kids loved the pool, and hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was good, and design is bright and welcoming. Soaps in bathroom were not filled, the attached-to-wall kind; staff provided extra bar soaps when we noticed that night. Bedding was extremely comfortable and room had enough extra space for a pack n play without being crowded.
