弗雷德裡克斯堡麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fredericksburg, VA)

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. We were greeted nicely by the front desk person and the manager came out and was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was one elevator wasnt working, and whdn you tried to go down, the one that wasnt working opened, thus stopping the other one from opening. It was a little frustrating. The broken elevator should hVe been shut down so there is no interference with the one that did work

Well once I checked in which was easy and the man at the desk was very kind to me and got my keys made up for me very fast. I went up to my room which was not so nice the carpet had rolls in it at different areas through the room. the carpet was also not very clean looking. The bathroom floor was missing grout in many areas of the floor. The ceiling light in the bathroom would flicker the whole time I was in the bathroom.

The location was good. The hot breakfast items were a nice extra. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were a few things that disappoint. The pool and spa were closed / out of service even though it was an advertised amenity. I stayed three days and there was no room service whatsoever (no changing out towels or emptying wastebaskets, etc.) The room was missing the TV remote and I had to go downstairs to the lobby to get one. The carpet had stains and the reading floor lamp had a very low wattage bulb that made it difficult for reading.

I have stayed at several of these hotels and have been impressed with the cleanliness, staff, amenities and condition of the property. This one, however, was a bit disappointing. Property condition shows its not being taken care of (but still decent) and the staff are on their phones and walking around in flip flops. And could use better cleaning practices. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

The staff were polite and the room was clean. However, beware this is a popular location for large groups. If you're looking for relaxing, book elsewhere. The towels are teeny tiny and the pool towels aren't any bigger. Carpet in hallways had moldy smell and parkimg lot lighting could be improved at night.

Double charges for our hotel stay. Charged our account without any authorization. Room was prepaid. Claim could take 5 days to resolve issue.
