莫爾莫萊亞農莊旅館(Mormoraia)

Sono stata recentemente ospite presso questo albergo e purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente sotto diversi aspetti. Innanzitutto, una delle cose più sgradevoli è stata la scoperta di un topo in camera. Questo è inaccettabile in qualsiasi struttura alberghiera e indica un serio problema di igiene. Tuttavia, ciò che ha reso la situazione ancor più frustrante è stato il comportamento del ragazzo alla reception il giorno dopo. Non solo non è stato d'aiuto, ma è stato incredibilmente poco professionale nel gestire la situazione. La presenza di un topo in camera è sinonimo di scarsa pulizia e manutenzione, e ci si aspetterebbe che il personale almeno dimostri preoccupazione e offra assistenza, ma purtroppo non è stato così. In secondo luogo, sul sito di prenotazione (Booking) erano indicate alcune agevolazioni gratuite nella SPA. Tuttavia, una volta sul posto, abbiamo scoperto che tali servizi erano in realtà a pagamento. Questa discrepanza tra quanto pubblicizzato online e la realtà è stata molto deludente e ha compromesso l'aspettativa di un soggiorno rilassante e senza costi nascosti. Infine, un episodio particolarmente sgradevole è stato quando un'amica si è chiusa in bagno alle 23:00 e la porta si è bloccata. A differenza del personale della reception, il ragazzo della security è stato il solo a fornire assistenza immediata. Questo suggerisce che la struttura ha problemi di manutenzione, in quanto una porta che si blocca è sintomo di un guasto meccanico. In generale, la struttura potrebbe essere meravigliosa, ma il personale non è attento né professionale. Hanno dimostrato di non essere disposti a gestire situazioni problematiche e hanno fornito un servizio poco professionale e persino maleducato in alcune occasioni. Questi episodi hanno sicuramente influenzato negativamente la mia esperienza e mi fa riflettere seriamente sulla possibilità di tornare in questo albergo o di consigliarlo ad altri viaggiatori.

Upon arrival, you could see the level of detail in the design of hotel. The glass fronted restaurant provided a panoramic view of the vineyards and San Gimignano, which was so picturesque. The room designed are superb, all have windows that are situated to see the amazing views. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting was was fantastic, the tour was ok. The food was exceptional. Being critical: The Wi-Fi was hit and miss. The hotel wasn’t able to provide taxis when required. I think there should be a day shuttle to the local town of San Gimignano - although we throughly enjoyed the hour and half walk, it’s walking on main roads which can be deemed unsafe. We booked the spa area for ourselves, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We was only notified 5 mins before we entered the spa area. This was extremely disappointing. Although I know this wasn’t a direct fault of the hotel, it was just frustrating. Overall, we was really impressed with the hotel, it lived up to our expectations and was a pleasure to stay in.

Posto incantevole, cucina e vini squisiti, servizio dedicato e di alta qualità… Mormoraia ci ha offerto un soggiorno da favola, mille grazie a tutto il team. Torneremo e vi raccomandiamo ai nostri parenti e amici La posizione del agriturismo sulla collina di fronte a San Gimignano e in mezzo agli ulivi e la vigna, fantastico

The grounds and buildings are spectacular and the staff were amazing. We had an issue with the property manager. We were charged for a dinner we did not have and he refused to deduct it from our bill. Very professional. There wine is really delicious and Francesca and Julia were fantastic.

posto magico, la realta' ha confermato le recensioni che avevo letto come uno dei posti piu' incantevoli della zona, buon cibo, personale cordiale e pulizia assoluta. ci rivedremo a primavera la natura deve essere ancora piu bella anche se il periodo della vendemmia e' stato speciale.

Magnifique petit nid douillet enfui dans la Toscane. Cette allée typique de cette région vous met de suite dans l'ambiance. Accueil très chaleureux, chambre avec un cachet incroyable, vue de la piscine à couper le souffle, restaurant avec vue sur San Giminianio, que du bonheur .... Une étape à ne rater sous aucun prétexte.

A-ma-zing!!! Really have no words for how amazing this place is. The rooms are incredible. The farm, outstanding.’, breakfast -so many choices. The pool is so picturesque, and the wine… well, we bought a case to shop home. Dinner, how CS. I even describe the sunset we had on the patio??? I hope you can be so lucky. The only thing to make sure of id that you are patient for dinner. This is not McDonalds, and perfection takes time. We had one waiter for the whole place and he worked tirelessly but things did take a while, but the view, who cares if it takes a bit, your in Tuscany. So, if you are uptight and beef things fast for diner, go somewhere else. However,!if you are willing to be patient, sip some incredible wine while taking in the Tuscan landscape… the this is your place!

Positivo: panorama fantastico, giardino curato, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo e vini buoni, servizio abbastanza curato. Negativo: camera superior piccolissima, dal letto alla scrivania ci sono più o meno 50cm. Non c'è nemmeno il posto per aprire le valigie. In bagno ditate e segni di grasso (creme?) sulla porta di vetro. Poca privacy, le persone possono passare o passeggiare davanti alla finestra e alla porta. Il giardino privato è uno scherzo, due lettini ( senza ombrellone) dove tutti possono vedere e passare. Per questo prezzo mi aspettavo di più.
