Stay was very good, location a bit far but amazing hotel, a true 5 star.

It was a great stay with the Hotel Grand Murcure Gift city Ahmedabad, Staff Mr Pankaj was extremely helpful and so attentive, was ready to help for everything. Definitely a recommended place to stay to this hotel. The hotel and the aura, the vibes of the hotel made it wonderful.

Had a great dining experience excellent Services provide by deepak in sangam restaurant,delicious food all the staff of grand mercure are well professional ,mocktail which I ordered it was really nice .we had really great day in sangam restaurant,thanks grand mercure team for outstanding service.we will visit again😍

everyone is very helpful and the cleaning was very well done and pankaj sharma helped a lot in everything and i felt very safe and it was an amazing experience all together. I would definitely recommend grand mercure to everyone i know visiting gift city

Everything was excellent! Dimpi was our most gracious and helpful server in the hotel’s restaurant. She showed us all the food on the buffet. It was all very delicious and affordable prices. I highly recommend this hotel because of its high quality of ***y services.

Very good services. Nice dining hall and wonderful hospitality by all team members. Great work done....it's placed in wonderful Gift city of Gujrat states. upcoming and new developing IT hub in state. Good location nearby capital and Gandhinagar.

Staff are polite and ***agement is good. Services are good. The premises are clean with lot of inherent facilities like swimming pool, meditation centre ,gym kids area and others. Stay was awesome and cool. Can plan to stay if you are visiting gift city

Reception staff is very polite and humble. Nice property... Had great experience overall. Check in check out was easy and food was also good. Proper hygiene was maintained. Room service was also fine. Housekeeping services were good and quick.
