Que deberían altualizar la pagina ya que ofrecen servicio de lavandería y piscina y no existe estos servicios , al dirigirme a la recepción la señora me indica que fue por cambio de administración y ya desde hace mucho no se presta este servicio , siento que eso es engaño de publicidad ya que uno se entera después de haber pagado y ellos se mantienen en su política de no devolución de dinero , siento que es robo

La pire expérience de notre vie
Vous devriez le déréferencer de votre site
Nous avons l'habitude de réserver sur ******* en pensant quil y aurait un minimum mais là le minimum est tres loin
Odeur noseabonde dans la chambre
Le sol est mouillé (oui MOUILLÉ!), avec une température de 5° dehors cest inadmissible
Les murs sont dans un sal etat
Bref AUCUN point positif
Nous avons demander a changer de chambre mais sans succes

Stayed 6 nights and only received maid service once after requesting. The elevator was broken so had to use stairs to carry luggage. Laundry room was broken. The AC/ Heater in the room was broken. Caught a cold because it was raining and freezing in the rooms.

Everything was fine and excellent only thing was the coffee maker had been previously used and had a used bag of coffee left on the container and the tv was not working not a single channel was available

Area of this hotel seems to be in a great location. The rooms are decent and seem neat. Only problem we encountered was blood stains on the towels and pillow cases. (suggest you bring your own) Brought it up to house keeping attention. We also had issues with our keycard for two days but the lovely lady was able to resolve our issue.
