Everything was amazing the room, spa and customer service at the reception was amazing loved every bit of it, will be back!

we stayed there and went to Spa. The hotel and spa were great. Would be nice if there were closer options for dining outside the hotel, but the on site restaurants are very good.

Not so bad. The only problem is the fan in washroom is out of order. So, only 4 stars.

My family and I stayed here and were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, but were surprised at check in when told there would be an additional fee of $35 for use of the pool/hot tub, as it is owned by a separate spa business. For $225 a night, my thoughts were it should have been included. The room was recentley renovated, but was easily notable that it was a quick job, the mirror was worn and used in the bathroom room, mold of dirty grout lines in the shower, and dips in the floating floor, and for some strange reason , no boot tray which resulted in contanct wet floors at the entrance. Not worth the money, unfortunate as this used to be a very nice place to stay.

When we arrived the hotel had had a power outage and the door locks were not working. We had to stay in our room and wait until we had a key card to get back in. Then the fridge in our room was disgusting, it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Sad because the room was quite beautiful. Hoping this doesn’t happen again as I was quite disappointed.

Considering the price we paid, and the multiple follow ups made regarding requesting the rooms on the same floor months before the check in, asking for a microwave in the room, along requesting daily cleanings of the rooms at the time of checking. It was quite disappointing to see the little level of customer service we received. We were scattered on 3 floors, There was continuous trips made to the lobby throughout the day to ensure the rooms were cleaned, only to be told that at 5pm the staff has left. The last night, we finally had the supervisor clean the rooms by herself and be apologetic. the rooms were not a bargain, and the pictures on ******* were far from the actual state of the room, the overall experience was very unpleasant. No pool access, musty smell in hallways… overall a disappointment.

The front desk staff was nice, I booked there because look so good in photos but when I arrived there I realize it was not properly cleaned, it says indoor pool but I realized there I have to pay to use the pool for the spa, also a part of the restaurant it's just for people from the spa and I have to pay extra each day to use it so I don't like this of course, Regarding other services, the housekeeping service never clean my room not even I called the front desk to ask for it. Also something very annoying each day I have to ask the front desk to reactivate my card we had 3 cards (keys) and any open just the first day and the consecutive days we asked for reactive. I didn't have a good experience I think this hotel has to improve because the price concerning services and installations is not fair.
