傑皮格林斯高爾夫水療度假村(Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa Resort)

The glass was already broken when we reached there yet we had to pay for that already done damage at checkout. Hotel was good and the rooms were clean but this experience at checkout soured my whole trip.

Alles wunderbar, nettes und kompetentes Personal. Sehr gutes Zimmer. Nette Restaurants, auch die Bar war gut bestückt. Nahe am Messegelände gelegen und damit eine sehr gute Wahl, wenn das der Reisegrund ist. Eine sichere Wahl für Delhi.

Hôtel bien, bon accueil des membres de la compagnie. Les restaurant est très bien également. Bonne première expérience en Inde. A recom***der pour un business trip. Rushika est au petit soin de ses clients

Muy buen hotel con un personal increïble! La piscina era muy bonita i los restaurantes que hay dentro estan muy buenos. Vine por un viaje de tranajo y seguro que voy a volver algun dia de vacaciones con los amigos. El personal muy atento para la entrada y la salida. Rishika Verma

Service parfait. Accueil parfait. Je conseille cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres, les offres de service sont variées et de très bonne qualité. La réception est à l’écoute. J’ai également essayé l’espace de bien être, c’est génial. Rishika à l’accueil est très aimable.

So i’ve visited on 28th Dec’23 for breakfast because i had important work there. When i was about to enter the property. Outside guard stopped me for no reason and said ‘Paaji,kithhe?’ I mean *** is this?? How can a guard be so casual with a guest in a 5 star property? He discriminated me on the basis of religion coz i’m sikh. He can’t say Sikh,muslim and christian. He’s on duty so should address guest professionally with ‘sir’ I really got offended with his words. One guard in 5 star property saying ‘Paaji’ to guest without knowing financial status and all. What training is given to staff? I shared this incident briefly with Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar frontdesk. Unfortunately,will not recommend this jaypee property. I found Delhi and Mussoorie more hospitable. Being in Greater noida it’s just average. Breakfast was also Okayish.

My stay in JP Greens was really amazing. Right from Rishika at the reception who showed us around to the 45 minutes tour of the golf course in the golf card. The Chinese restaurant in the premises was amazing as well.

lifetime experiences for the start of our fourth week vacation in India. Checkin was fantastic complete with bi. The staff was extremely polite with broad smiles and gracious demeanor. The lobby was beautifully decorated with marble floors throughout most of the building. There was a crowd around all the time as everyone seemed to want to stay at jaypee greens golf and spa resort Thanks Rishika.

Our stay at jaypee was a wonderful experience and we would be pleased to visit them again. The private beach, golf course, the scenic landscape, ponds and Goan architecture added to the peaceful solace , The food was good,and Service was excellent ,where we dined most of our stay, especially would like to remark on the promptness of Ms. Rishika who took every bit of care to recommend .
