薩吉塔飯店(Hotel Sagitta)

Did not manage to stay with the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances and was also unable to get a refund due to their strict policies.

I know hotel superiors commented on other reviews that Ac unit was not keeping up in previous years due to excessive high heat but how can it not keep up with mid 80’s in June 2023??? AC barely, barely works. The hotel rooms are surprisingly old looking. There is a musty old smell in the room. Very limited parking. The hotel location is very odd as well. Looks very beat up on the outside. All in all, deceiving pictures of what hotel really looks like, especially for money paid…. The hotel holds the value of more of a motel. I was very disappointed, but thank God we only stay two nights.

The hotel location is good, breakfqst is good. Employess are very helpful. However ı paid more than 100 euro additional cost due to CHF and Turkish Lira curency difference. I called 2 times and sent email 2 times. I am still waiting for the last answer from hotel.

Inizio con gli aspetti positivi: camera generalmente pulita, bagno nuovo, letto comodo, WiFi ok. Tutto il resto è da rivedere: moquette e tapezzerie inguardabili, arredamento anni 80, tenda vasca/doccia imbarazzante, ma la cosa che veramente non considero assolutamente accettabile è l'assenza di aria condizionata che ha reso infernale il pernottamento. Ho dovuto aprire le finestre e tenere alzate le tapparelle, vi lascio immaginare il rumore della strada e la luce dalle 5:30. Hanno richiesto il pagamento anticipato, la persona alla reception non ha minimamente accennato all'assenza di aria condizionata e dopo averlo fatto presente, ha semplicemente detto "est cassée". Peccato che se andate a leggere le vecchie recensioni sembra essere un problema che si ripresenta ogni volta che c'è una temperatura "anomala" sopra i 30 gradi. Ovviamente nessuno sconto per il "piccolo" disagio.... Scegliete una altra sistemazione se non volete letteralmente sciogliervi....

This is a neat little hotel. The kitchen helps if you want to save money by not eating out. Also the location is very convenient. The hotel has all the facilities and Although old it’s in good shape And rooms are really good sized for Europe. We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was spacious.

Personale davvero molto cortese e disponibile, camere grandi anche se con moquette e mobili decisamente vecchi, però pulito. Nel complesso la struttura è decisamente vecchiotta. Posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Ginevra. Colazione molto buona.

The room was spacious with its own kitchenette (wich we didn't need), but old fashioned. Location was quite good. We could visit the city by foot. We could park the car in front of the hotel easily. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very limited. However it was not an expensive Stay (if you compare it with other hotels in Genève), so the value was good.

Prix trop élevé pour la qualité de la chambre, la propreté laisse à désirer : les miroirs ne sont lavé que à moitié et il y avait des poils de je ne sais quoi sur les toilettes. personnels casse pieds qui font de fausses accusations, qui sont pas cohérent: à nous on nous refuse le cash à cause du ”Covid” et droit derrière ça accepte le cash à quelqu’un d’autre. Refuse une nouvelle réservation parce qu’on fait du ”******” alors que personne n’est venu nous dire quoi que ce soit et on a même pas fait de ****** enfin bref c’est du n’importe quoi allez à un autre hôtel c’est mieux
