Great experience,good service, good breakfast,good environment

The hotel is in a great location on the river and less than a 10min walk from the train & bus station, so very convenient for getting to and from the airport. The old town was just a few minutes in the other direction over the footbridge. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room (superior double) was very well appointed with a great comfy large bed and a seating area. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic and powerful shower. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay again if returning to Geneva.

Very good hotel that is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Many rooms, although not all have a great view over the lake. Well placed if you need to get around the centre of town. All the staff were excellent. The hotel didn’t seem very full while I was there and although I liked its style and feel, some may think that it could do with some refurbishment

Lovely stay at the Ambassador, unlike most hotels in Geneva this one has a little more modern and better-kept feel about it. the Location from the Train station and the "center" is perfect. The night porter on arrival was very helpful, with information and processing my checking-in quickly after a long journey.

This is the first time I have stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Geneva and will come back. The Hotel is crisp and clean. Housekeeping is excellent. Front Desk staff were also very professional and friendly. Really enjoyed the location for walking and shopping. So very convenient. Nicely decorated for the Christmas Season with a lovely tree in the lobby.

For the second time in a month I arrived in Geneva very early and was at the hotel before 9am. In spite of my early arrival, the hotel provided me with a room immediately and it was also a very nice room. In my opinion this hotel is the best value for money in Geneva and extremely well located.

Good hotel, excellently located ! Nicely renovated rooms and bathrooms. Polite and helpful reception staff. Lobby could be redecorated and made more inviting. A bar could be added.
