Nice big rooms! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast in the AM was very good as well. The staff was very nice. The lobby area was perfect for our group to hang out in and play some cards. Thank you!

Parking lot was always full. Finding parking was difficult. I called for housekeeping, to exchange dirty towels, they took the dirty stuff and never brought the clean towels. Trash was found in front of my door, and I called the front desk, they said they were going to remove it but upon check out, it was still there. Lots of parties on the weekends. The suite was smaller than expected but the shower was nice. The stove was covered with rust. I will pass on this one next time.

The property was in a great location with many eating options. Sidewalks connected much of the area which would have been great had it not been so cold. :) I would want to warn anyone with sensitivity to strong smells that the hotel infuses something into their common areas. It kind of smelled like lavender but was very strong. I typically do not have sensitivity to smells, but this was really strong. Seemed to just be in common areas as I did not notice it as much in our room.

Bathroom very small, no tub or exhaust fan. Kitchen had full size fridge. Good coffee and cucumber in the lobby was great

Very clean comfortable beds. Fit a family of 6 nicely. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Also had central air which was particularly nice. Pool was also nice as well. We'll definitely use again.

Maria at the FD was so helpful and accomindating to us. we will be back when we return to IL.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in. The room was very quiet. Not once did I hear running or loud neighbors. It was peaceful. I enjoyed both pool and hot tub. I read reviews here about too cold pool. I expected the worse. It was actually warm going in and cooled off. So much parking space I could not believe it. Walking in it smelled clean. Like lotion. Breakfast was great. Love that it in a kitchen area away from everyone. Oh and the pool is about two doors away which means you can’t hear people in the pool in the hall area. I did enjoy the garden and walk around pond area too. Very easy to drive to restaurants too. I would love to return again. The only downside they have directv and they was a small storm tv went down for about 5 minutes. It okay I had my phone to watch tv. Also might want to have first aid kit in each room. I actually cut my self trying to open fish washer packet. Then I realized hotels don’t seem to have those in rooms.
