Very well organised, check-in before arrival, everything ready regardless of the time you arrive. Code sent by e-mail, all very convenient. Apartment is very clean and functional. Small, but adequate. Best thing is location, 4 minute walk from Geneva station and less than 10 minutes from the lake and the rest of the city centre. Travel card included with the booking. That was a nice surprise. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I wanted to share my experience in this review. The room was not only very nice but also equipped with everything I needed for a business stay. It had all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable and productive visit. One of the highlights was the hotel's excellent location. It was conveniently close to both public transportation, such as train stations, and nearby shops. This made it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure activities. Moreover, the automatic self-check-in process was a modern touch that I appreciated. It streamlined the check-in process, allowing for a seamless and efficient arrival experience. Overall, my stay was highly enjoyable, and I would certainly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It offers a comfortable, well-equipped room in a great location with modern amenities like the self-check-in system.

PROS: Great location with lots of cafes/restaurants at doorstep. Comfortable & quiet. Excellent & very accomodating staff. Free laundry facilities- great for travellers to catch up with washing. CONS: Lack of storage space. No ice available on premises - had to go to sister property 400 m away if you wanted ice.

close to Geneva train station, however very unusual reception arrangements for luggage deposit. i had to provide a time for them to collect my luggage. doesn’t make alot of sense since the reception states it’s open between 9-6pm.

Convenient location. Within 5 minutes of Genevé Train Station! Ideal for tourists planning to take day trips out of Geneva. Sufficiently equipped with facilities.

The staff were very polite and helpful . They arranged for our luggage to be held for the day and made some tourist suggestions.

I gave this a 3, but I was on the fence. If I could, I would have given it a 3.5. First the good: the beds are quite comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, with very effective double pane windows. The bad: the deluxe rooms are really quite small. The reception area is also tiny with a couple tables and cafeteria-style chairs, no sofas, no comfy chairs, certainly no place to really relax. We also had trouble accessing the air conditioning in a warm May. The staff is only available during the day, and the woman we spoke with certainly didn't know much about the old League of Nations site at Geneva. She told us the right tram number, but didn't know to warn us you have to get entry tickets a day or two in advance, so we got there and couldn't get in.
