This hotel was nothing short of perfection. Service was incredible! The room and the amenities were wonderful. The room we had was really a small suite. The bathroom including a bath tub and a huge shower was larger than many NYC apartments. Location is right on Lake Geneva. You're treated as though you were a guest in their home. Incredibly, even though the hotel is in a 7-story building taking up half a city block, there are only 24 guest rooms. To say the least, space is generous. While not cheap, this reinforces the adage "you (definitely) get what you pay for. It should make the list of the top hotels in the world!

Went for breakfast at the Jardinier and it was simply amazing. Delicious food. The basket of freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat are among the best I ever tasted. The Beautiful view over the lake from the breakfast room is outstanding and so relaxing. The service was very good and super friendly while being also fast . Everything was simply Great. Highly recommend it for a nice breakfast . I am sure their lunch iron dinner shoukd be great bit have not tried yet.

In August, my husband and I stayed at the Woodward Hotel in Geneva. While we had many choices of 5 star hotels within walking distance, I opted for the Woodward after reading about it in a travel magazine. The actual visit exceeded my expectations. I am an extremely picky hotel guest and I found this hotel experience to be flawless. We were upgraded to a suite - the suite itself was new (I believe that property opened in 2021) sparkling clean, state of the art systems, gorgeous decor, and not at all the cookie cutter feeling of a hotel room. It felt as if we were in a luxurious private apt in Geneva. The bathroom fixtures were all new, high end, automatic, and bed/ linens so comfortable. Even the hallways to the units were beautiful. I do not want to omit the mention of the amazing staff. The check in and introduction to the hotel was so professional. Even the wait staff in the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast were fantastic. From beginning to end, our experience was terrific. I only wish that there were more Woodward Hotels in our extensive travels.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment au restaurant Le Jardinier du Woodward Geneva. Toutes les personnes avec qui j'ai échangé avant le jour "J" pour "préparer" ce repas se sont montrées très professionnelles, disponibles et à l'écoute de mes désidératas. La qualité du service est indubitablement à relever ainsi que la grande bienveillance de tout le personnel (réelle, incarnée, pas parce que l'étiquette de l'établissement le veut !) avec qui nous avons eu à faire, depuis notre arrivée, que ce soit : les personnes qui nous ont accueilli à l'entrée de l'Hôtel et qui se sont occupées de notre voiture : service Valet- Parking grandement apprécié à Genève, au bord du lac, un dimanche midi qui plus est ; le responsable du service au restaurant : qui a l'intelligence relationnelle et l'humour qui lui permettent de s'adapter avec tact et élégance à chaque client afin que chacun se sente à l'aise ; ainsi que toutes les autres personnes qui se sont occupées de nous durant le repas : avec une mention particulière pour le responsable du bar. Le repas était très bon et la Forêt Noire, un must à ne pas manquer durant votre "visite" au Woodward. Excellent rapport qualité-prix (pour celles et ceux qui ne sont pas nés avec une cuillère en or dans la bouche et qui veulent tout de même profiter d'un cadre et d'un emplacement hors pair à Genève). Le bâtiment est magnifique et l'architecte d'intérieur a fait un excellent travail. Tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de goût et de classe: style art-déco somptueux, salons à la fois cosy et impressionnants, très jolis tableau, WC grandioses. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment gravé dans nos mémoires avec ma maman, 94 ans, qui n'était plus sortie depuis 4 ans et qui s'est immédiatement sentie à l'aise dans le restaurant, bien que n'ayant pas l'habitude de fréquenter ce genre d'établissement. Merci à toute l'équipe !

I have used ********** for years, but one thing I have learned is that their rankings for “best hotel” in a city don’t truly correspond with what one would consider a best hotel. Staying at the Woodward Hotel, which is easily the best hotel in hotel in Geneva, only reaffirmed that impression. I would encourage anyone who has the resources to stay at a 5-star hotel to consider the Woodward over the Geneva Four Seasons or Ritz. Aside from the service which was exceptional, the quality of the furnishings in the room is beyond. The bathroom is huge and is well thought out. (The free standing tub is larger than most which doesn’t seem like a big deal until you take an actual bath and suddenly realize the reason for this…a small difference that makes a big difference.) We have been fortunate to stay in top hotels all over the world and this hotel feels like it’s in a league of its own.
