貝爾索基歐諾飯店(Hotel Bel Soggiorno)

Hotel molto curato e carino in posizione centrale e comodissimo. Camere pulite e confortevoli dotate di tutto il necessario. Colazione buona. I punti di forza sono sicuramente la posizione e la cortesia e disponibilità del personale dell'hotel. Mai incontrate persone così disponibili e cordiali in una struttura alberghiera. Complimenti davvero!

Camera spaziosa e pulita, prezzo nella media, un filo cara ma come tutta la Liguria. Personale reception molto gentile e disponibile. Una nota negativa il rumore notturno probabilmente derivante dall'apparato idraulico, un po' fastidioso, non sappiamo se riguardava solo la nostra camera o tutte. Detto questo lo consigliamo, posizione ottima, abbiamo girato tutta la città a piedi. In merito alla colazione un po' troppi prodotti confezionati, basterebbe una torta fatta in casa, da apprezzare l'ottima focaccia. Bravi, da provare.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Genova, nel viale principale dei negozi (quasi tutti sotto i portici), in pochi minuti a piedi si giunge in piazza e nel centro storico e a seguire il portico. Senso di pulito e di recente sistemazione, camere adeguate con bagno capiente, colazione in bella stanza con scelta tra dolce e salato, gentilezza alla reception, prezzo giusto

Albergo situato in un contesto di un palazzo/condominio storico nel pieno centro di Genova. Stanze rinnovate, molto ampie e pulite. Colazione predisposta con prodotti pre confezionati. Personale cordiale e gentile. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate al massimo in quanto non abbatte totalmente il rumore del traffico intenso della sottostante bella via XX settembre.

Séjour au top, hôtel très propre, personnel accueillant et hyper sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans un parking couvert à quelque pas de l’hôtel ou alors plus haut sur les hauteurs avec une vue implacable. Rien à redire, nous avons adoré notre week end. Je recommence les yeux fermés.

Hotel in zona Genova centro, ricavato su due piani all’interno di un palazzo storico, nei pressi della zona pedonale. Stanza superior, silenziosa e pulita. Migliorabile la colazione (poco varia). Assenza di phon in camera ma alla reception hanno rimediato in tempi celeri. Prezzi buoni.

Where to begin? Don’t expect to communicate in English with any of the staff here firstly. Customer service level at the bare minimum. I guess it all started when the receptionist tried to write our room number on the plastic key card in pencil. Never seen the likes. The main concern was that the bathroom window had a nearly see through curtain. When we turned on the light anyone from across the road could see us taking a shower. We tried to resolve the issue by putting towels over the window but to avail due to their height. Tried to call front desk. Phone didn’t work and was filthy as well. When I approached the front desk to advise, again I wasn’t understood. He went on a translator and told me to put pillows on the window. I said this isnt a solution. I added that were weren’t after an upgrade or anything. Just expressing our unhappiness. He said they were booked out anyway. Which was a lie as there were available rooms on their website. He said talk to the morning receptionist. Again, no solutions. We ended up just telling the first receptionist what happened and he said he’d tell the owner. Anyway,, for the price and location you can’t complain. But please do not expect anything else out of this place.

Very disappointed... We came here today to stay 2 nights until Sunday and we are not happy with the room, we need to keep the light off in order to take a shower because the window in the bathroom has a very see through curtain. We went to the receptionist, and he didn't give us a proper solution, he lied to us, he said that they are full, and their website has availability for better rooms, we are not looking for a free upgrade, we are not that kind of people that is complaining, but we expressed our unhappiness and lack of privacy. He offered to cover the window with a towel (before to go downstairs to tell him, we tried and didn't work), that's not a solution. We just wanted to have a nice weekend coming for special date for us as a couple coming from Ireland and Mexico. We are very disappointed with the staff and no resolution.
