Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. L’albergo è in pieno centro nei carruggi, vicino a bar, ristoranti tipici, acquario e porti. Posizione ottima per brevi soggiorni in città. Lo staff è super disponibile e gentile. Ottima colazione a un prezzo conveniente.. La struttura è semplice, senza troppe pretese, con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La zona è attaccata al porto, quindi non si può immaginare che sia “tipicamente” turistica, ma noi non abbiamo avuto problemi a girare con un bambino di 5 anni. Consigliato!

A place to avoid!!! We booked 48 hours before arrival. As we arrived around at 11PM the receptionist told us they were actually fully booked. they tried unsuccessfully for an hour to find us an other room. So at about midnight we were in Genova with nowhere to sleep. We were not the only ones ! 2 other families where in the same situation that night !!! The receptionist told us it happened often…. So beware if you really need somewhere to sleep find something else! We even called the night before to be sure we could do a late check in and they didn’t tell us anything, didn’t try earlier than 23 pm to find us un other room etc…. Didn’t warn us either !! Mistakes can happen but this was clearly not one ! It happened to them before and they did nothing to fix it ! The best of it is that we are still waiting for the refund! They have really no shame

位於普林西比火車站馬路對面的一棟翻新建築內的一流現代迷你套房，位於通往歷史中心的主要街道上，步行約 10 分鐘。 （皇宮在同一條街上）。酒店的入口與其他許多舊建築一樣非常狹窄，所以請注意不要錯過它。周圍有咖啡館和餐館，但仍然很安靜。我們有一個獨立的臥室，與一個小休息區相連，那裡有一張超大扶手椅、書桌、迷你冰箱、茶和咖啡器具，甚至還有幾個 biccies。床和枕頭真的很舒服。浴室的大小也很合理，配有現代配件、淋浴間（沒有浴缸）以及免費的沐浴露和潤膚露。自助早餐通常為 7 歐元，我們被告知但由於 covid 而關閉。這不是問題，因為隔壁有一家不錯的咖啡館，附近還有其他幾家可供選擇。我唯一的批評是房間裡沒有暖氣。我們只能讓空調吹出冷空氣，因為在我們逗留期間它非常寒冷和潮濕，我們真的可以做一點溫暖。

Nos hospedamos por ser próximo ao terminal de cruzeiros , porém o check-out é às 10 horas e sem tolerância. Precisamos sair para comprar uma mochila antes de desocupar o aposento, quando voltamos às 9:55 nossas malas encontravam-se na portaria.Não recomendo.

Nice stay at the hotel. The lady working at the reception on the night of the 08/08/23 was amazing and gave great tips on the food and helped us a lot. The room is big, quiet, has a lot of space and is clean. The room has AC so it's fresh for the summer
